I am very pleased with the work the technician used to get my hot water heater working again. He was very thorough and conscientious about the repair and will follow up with me on Monday to exchange the currently installed part with the exact model part designed for the unit. I am very confident in the work that was done and I'm sure the followup will be excellent as well.
His communication skills were excellent as well, I have a very good understanding of what needed to be done now and what options are available to me as I go forward.

I continue to be pleased with the work that was done, going the extra mile to see that my new instillation works properly. He did everything possible to acquire the proper part to fix my old unit, but because it was over 25 years old, I decided it was time to purchase a new water heater. It was time and I'm glad I chose Home Run Plumbing to do the job for me!
Update (12/13/2024)
The technician was unable to get to me Thursday afternoon but he called to ask me if I was willing to wait till Friday morning to have the work done, to which I agreed.
He tried to clear the water supply lines this morning, which did improve the COLD line but not the HOT. He did everything he could before concluding the faucet itself was likely plugged internally so replacement was probably the best course.
He provided me with several options and picked up the new faucet once I decided which one I wanted. He also installed 3 new shut off valves to be sure nothing was present in the old valves.
I felt he was thorough, efficient, conscientious, and very good about explaining what he was doing and why. I am confident that the work was done right!

These guys are top notch. Helped us out on 2 occasions one was due to a company saying something was wrong with his work so he came out we confirmed his work was good and we got our dishwasher installed and everything works great
