Metro Appliance Repair

Josh came to service our dryer today. While he was here, two other men were working to install a new dishwasher. These men openly admitted their dislike for installing appliances and gave up before finishing the job, leaving the dishwasher uninstalled in the kitchen. They told us to call the store and request a new one.

After they left, Josh not only completed the dryer repair quickly but also inquired about the dishwasher. Thinking outside the box, he asked if the previous men had suggested removing the legs from the dishwasher to make it fit. When we said they hadn't, Josh promptly offered to remove the legs with our permission. Once we agreed, he got down on the floor, removed the legs, and installed the dishwasher. What the other company failed to do, Josh accomplished!

Josh was prompt, communicative, and efficient not only in his work but also in handling tasks others left incomplete. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly work with Josh again!

We have rental properties and use Metro Appliance often. They always have fair pricing and go above and beyond with service and delivery! Just recently, we had a tenant without a refrigerator. Their delivery was out a week, but they managed to squeeze us in the next day!Thanks Metro Appliance!

Wow!! I had an issue with my side by side refrigerator. I called Metro Appliance on a Thursday and Hope & Tim came on Friday to assess the situation. They found the problem and Hope, my service technician, came back Saturday and got it fixed up! The only place in the metro with that kind of turn time!! Also, I so appreciated the competitive trip charge compared to the jacked up prices charged in the Western Suburbs. Hope checked other parts on the fridge while it was torn apart to be sure everything was working properly! Also while waiting for the fridge to de-ice, Hope started to help wipe out the fridge while I was washing everything! Also offered to mop up the water I had spilled. She was smart, quick and thorough and went above and beyond to do a great job. Definitely going to be my go-to appliance repair place! Thank you for offering great service for a fair price to all the average Joes trying to get by with their existing equipment!!
