They were great about confirming times (even after a reschedule) and arrived when they said they would. All of the employees were great and respectful of us and our home (and left it a little cleaner than it was when they got there). The finished product looks great and the only downside was that we had to wait for the finishing touches to dry before we could use it (awwwww!). I would definitely recommend!!

The entire process was well managed from the sales rep through the final installation. I would use them again if needed and believe they are a reliable contractor. The installation was completed on time and the quality of the work was excellent.

The install was done in 2 days because the installer made a Dr's appointment the first morning. They did make sure all leaks had been fixed before leaving. There is a large crack in one wall now from removing the previous bath fixtures.

The installation of the shower and bathtub was amazing. It's makes the whole bathroom look completely different. Tim the installer did an excellent job. He went over and beyond on the install. I recommend Bath Fitter to everyone!

The owner, Mark, was our sales person. He walked through all of our options/prices, as well as the cost for installing a toilet and vanity/sink we had purchased. From that day through installation, the project went off without a glitch. Sedrick and Alex did a great job with installation! They were very professional and took the time to do a quality job from start to finish. Although the cost was much higher than we expected it to be, we are glad we went this route and chose a quality product that will last for many years.

This was not a positive experience for me!! First off, installation... I was told my project would be done in a "day and half at most, it took 2 and a half days. Secondly, I upgraded to the white marble, but I got, the basic white(wouldn't you think the installer would know after years of experience the difference?) Thirdly, 2 people showed up to install my shower-conversion, however the person "in-charge" spent 90% of his time in the truck smoking or on his cell phone. Fourthly, I asked twice to lower my shower curtain, did they do that "NO," they put it at the 72" height.
After several calls back and forth, they did offer me a "small" compensation if I left it as is, or switch it out. I choose to keep it as is, because of all the inconvenience of switching it out! I already gave them 2 and a half days to get it right the first time. Not a happy camper about the whole situation.

Had a real good experience with. Bath Fitters from the salesman to the guys that installed my new shower. Very professional and courteous. The two guys who tore out the old tub and installed the new shower kept the mess to a min. Put down drop clothes and swept after done. Explained what was to be done and asking if they were putting shelf’s and grab bars in right place and did a final check with me to make sure it was all right. Explained when I could use the shower the first time and how to cleaning it so it would look new for years.

Our salesman Jeff gave us several options to choose from within our budget and the installation was perfect. Thank you Eric!!! I am so happy with my new tub shower and surrounding walls. My bathroom is beautiful . Thank you bath fitters!

I was looking for a new walk in shower and saw bathfitters on TV. Was impressed with every aspect of my experience. From the customer service which wasn't pushy to the excellent transformation of my bathroom. Definitely if anyone is looking to remodeling, check them out!

Larry was very professional and pleasant. He informed me of each step of the process and it was interesting being able to watch him install my new beautiful shower. He was very good at cleaning up after himself as well. He was very timely in the time it took. Larry is an exceptional employee for the Bathfitters company. Thank you!

All people were informative, nice, professional. But I must say I absolutely loved our installer! Sean. He did an awesome job! I could tell he really cared about doing a great job. Wonderful personality. He is a great asset to your company. We love our shower!

Installer did a wonderful job in only one day. He was thorough and had us review his work at the end, in case we had any questions or concerns.

He was very professional, and respectful of our home.

Our end result is amazing and looks so much better. The installer was very friendly however he took 2 FULL days to install rather than the 1 day we were told up front & planned on. Waiting for your install appointment is over 12 weeks and we were not called, we had to call them to see if we could get it scheduled.
Everyone is short staffed at this time so the lengthy times are understandable. We would've appreciated to be told up front though so we knew what to expect & plan for that extra day. He didn't leave until 8:00pm that night!!!

11/11/20 Top quality products and service from Bath Fitter. Price is high, but remember you get what you pay for and in this case we received high quality products and service from installers. Removed old tub and shower and installed new walk-in shower with hand held shower sprayer. It's a little high for me, but I'm short 😁. Installers were very friendly and did an excellent job of cleaning up and all was done in 8 hrs. Highly recommended for your needs.

I found Bath Fitter through a friend's referral. From start to finish, it was a fairly easy process. Every person I dealt with whether over the phone or in person clearly had great customer service at the heart of everything they did. It did take a full 3 months from contract to installation, which was within the window I was quoted initially.

My installer Payton was prompt and professional, but friendly. He took time to explain the process to me, and did check ins along the two days. He kept the water on except when absolutely necessary for the work he was doing and cleaned up at the end of each day. As someone who doesn't like having strangers in my home, he made it a lot less inconvenient and uncomfortable than I expected.

Oh, and I love my new shower! It's exactly what I wanted.

Had tough start with project connecting with installers and measuring. The finished tub and shower turned out amazing. The company worked with me to help the process along and great to work with . I had my shower replaced. Tim did a fantastic job from start to finish. He has a very high standard of workmanship. Explained, showed and asked me everything as the project progressed. Great personality. Very neat clean-up each day was extra special for me. I'd ask for him again when needed. Thanks Tim

I like the finished results...i do feel like the installers took longer than i expected. They were at my house for 12 hours.. They were professional and respectful.. the first appointment was canceled because the installer had a family emergency. So the person i talked to said i would get extra equipment for the inconvenience. On my second install date the installers didnt give me any extra stuff the first person was talking about. Also feel the price is expensive for what they did but only reason i decided to go thru with it is they let me pay for it in payments, which is convenient for me.

I couldn't be happier. The installer Brian D was great. And very professional. I understand more why it wasn't cheaper. It took a little over a day to do the prep work. I wasn't expecting such a great job. It should by far last longer get than I will..

Our shower remodel experience was excellent. Cedrick and his partner were knowledgeable and courteous; they did the work as if it was for their own home, ensuring that every detail was taken care of.
We like the high quality of the accessories and the bright look of the shower. It was expensive to make this improvement, but the value added to our home more than compensated the cost. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We are very happy!
