Our shower remodel experience was excellent. Cedrick and his partner were knowledgeable and courteous; they did the work as if it was for their own home, ensuring that every detail was taken care of.
We like the high quality of the accessories and the bright look of the shower. It was expensive to make this improvement, but the value added to our home more than compensated the cost. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We are very happy!

Had my old shower walls replaced with bath fitter. They were super easy to work with. Very responsive. Their communication was top notch. Always knew what was going on and when. Product was ready much faster than they originally said. Installed in a day and it looks awesome.

Started out as a great experience with choosing our product, and it was a pretty quick turn around from the time our order was placed to when they called to set up the install. The install experience was frustrating and not the service I had been hoping for. Take off a day of work to accommodate the install availability and the installer cancelled 1 hour before supposed to arrive and the company had no back up plan to honor our install date. Finding a second install date caused a lot of frustration to again miss work, and that installer called 20 min before expected at the very end of the 2 hour window and said was still over an hour away. Just thankful they stuck around into the evening to finish the job. We like the end product, and the lifetime guarantee to replace things is a nice perk. Surely our experience with scheduling anything in the future will be MUCH improved!

Hi, my biggest complaint is the doors are very hard to slide. I am afraid I will afraid them on the metal stops.

Awesome, love our new shower. They had to reschedule the 1st appointment due to another job taking longer. Was easy to reschedule for the next time. The guys were nice and worked efficiently together. Thank you Brian and Jason. Couldn't be any happier with our decision!! Would recommend to anyone. Sales person Tom was not pushy in making a sale. We appreciate that very much.

We are very happy with our new Bath Fitters shower. The sales rep. explained everything to us and answered all our questions. The rate was reasonable and comparable to other contractors. The installer did a first rate job and made sure the area was left neat and clean, he also went over the features one more time before he left making sure all questions were answered. We have a lifetime guarantee and if we ever have any questions or replacements we just need to contact Bath Fitters and they will help us. I give the company a whole heartedly and enthusiastic two👍👍

We were actively looking for a new walk in shower. We had gone to the Home Show and signed up at every shower booth. I found Bath Fitter to be the most able to meet our needs and did a very good job of explaining everything to our satisfaction.
We did not expect the shower to be installed until May but they called us for early installation in early April.
We can't say enough good about our installer Jason. He worked steadily for two days and did a fantastic job of installing shower. He then sat down with us for about an hour and went over every thing. He had me sit in the shower so he could get everything positioned in the right place for us. He just might be my new best friend and I did give him a big hug. I don't do that for everyone. He was very respectful of us and our home.
We have since painted and put in a new vanity. Our 1976 bathroom is definitely now a 2024 bathroom.
We are very happy with Bath Fitters.

Recently Bath Fitters installed a tub insert with a handicap handle in one of our bathrooms for my Mom to use. They were very easy to work with, explained everything in complete detail and our installer was fantastic. He completed the job in one day.
My Mom feels much safer now!

Sales process went well with all options and discounts stated and explained up front helping to make my decisions. Install happened earlier than planned, which was no problem for me. Fairly expensive but I expected that (what isn't pricey these days) especially with the options I chose. Only a two day job. Installer did a great job and cleaned up really, really well when finished. Can't comment on longevity yet, but so far I love it! I do not foresee any issues. Advantageous to have the same person do the carpentry and plumbing. No bickering between two different people about who needs to do what before they can do their part. The convenience of it all rates high in my book.

He was super helpful and kind. Knew what he was talking about but didn’t make me feel stupid. He fixed everything quickly.

First of all, Nick was great in helping us choose the products that best fit our needs. He spent plenty of time with us and was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Second, Jason R. did an excellent job on our walk-in shower. He was very considerate of our needs, worked hard all day, gave us pointers on how to best use the shower and answered any questions we had. The quality of Jason's work was very impressive, as was the depth of knowledge he had about the entire process.

Scott W. Installed new safety bar and wall mount for holding the shower head. Work was completed and area was clean when he left.

Was a great experience. Our installer, Zach Bigley, was on time, efficient and easy to work with. Final shower looks great. Job was completed in the designated time frame.
