I've hired Don for three different jobs at my home: 1) fixing a broken GFCI outlet in my kitchen, 2) installing two new electrical outlets for charging my PHEV vehicle in my garage, and 3) installing a new 240-volt outlet in my kitchen for an induction stove. In all three cases I've been very happy with his work and the price that he's charged. Rather than trying to upsell me, as many larger electrical companies in the area did, Don actually helped explain to me what the strictly necessary aspects of each project were so that I could save money. I really appreciate when people go the extra mile like this. I'm not exaggerating when I say he's saved me thousands of dollars just by being honest with me and not attempting to upsell me on major changes.

Don introduced the risk of electrical shock into our home by installing “bootleg ground” outlets. This means he took a dangerous, lazy, and unethical short cut Instead of grounding the outlet appropriately and to code, as we hired and paid him to do. Do NOT hire this man or let him in your home. I’m now attempting to resolve this issue through the Better Business Bureau, and possibly a law suit if a full refund is not supplied.
