Todd explained everything in detail and made sure I was happy with where the new outlet would be prior to installation. He made sure there was minimal disruption to my day during the panel restoration. Will definitely call them again for any electrical projects in the future!

Rewired installed a Generac generator for our home. From beginning of process to the end of installation the customer service was SUPERIOR! John did an amazing job with a thorough estimate and explanation of the process! Jeremy and Frank (technicians/installers)were so polite, courteous, knowledgeable and amazing to work with!! These 3 men are true assets to this company!!! Rewired definitely works to the highest degree for their customers. We will refer family and friends to Rewired. Help helped us get proper wiring setup to our new geo heat pump. Did very clean work and were responsive to all of my likely annoying questions. Hoping to have them back out soon for some other odd jobs.

Recently a tree fell on the power lines in front of my house and ripped the main service out, I called rewired and they showed up first thing in the morning to begin repairs, Eddie and Frank made quick work of the repair (Replacement Mast and Meter Box) and fixed all the damages, they also worked with MidAmerican to get my service hooked back up as soon as possible! They were very accommodating during the entire process and I would recommend using their services!

Rewire is an amazing company that is very professional and considerate of us and our home. They were prompt and communicated every step of the way. Jon came the first day to assess the problem. He gave us and estimate and scheduled a team to come the next day. Todd and Logan came very timely the next day. They worked very hard, up in the attic on a very hot day, and continued to communicate what they were doing. Never wore their shoes in the house and were considerate of us. Todd and Logan were task oriented and very efficient. The next day Frank was also here. They were all excellent and the job was done right and in a timely manner.

I needed to get an estimate of work to be done on the house I am selling. I called on a Friday and they sent Jon out on Monday morning - very quick service. Jon explained everything and showed me what needed to be done. He was quite thorough and didn’t rush. They had very fair pricing and the estimate was FREE. This is definitely a company to do business with. I will be using them in the future.

We needed to run an outlet for an electric fireplace in our already finished basement and Todd and Nate from Rewired did an outstanding job of making that happen with minimal holes required. We added 3 other outlets through our home and it was handled professionally. This is not our 1st using Rewired and we will call them again for any future needs. This was absolutely amazing service. We had an issue with the outdoor lighting and Jon was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue in 10 minutes. Could not have asked for better or faster service on this. Price was excellent and Jon left the location clean and completely as it was.

I Googled “best electricians in Cedar Rapids” and this company came up as a top company with a specific Cedar Rapids website. so I scheduled an appointment with this company for an estimate for 2 residential projects by phone. When they did not show up for the appointment, I was told that they “DO NOT SERVICE CEDAR RAPIDS” and that “it was a mistake by their AI agent”. While I was somewhat embarrassed by the fact that I did not realize that I had scheduled an appointment via an AI agent (which actually was quite convincing), I feel that they should correct this problem. The Cedar Rapids website is still active, however, you will not get service. This was a really frustrating experience and a large waste of my time.

Rewired did a great job with giving a quick assessment & got us scheduled for installing new panel & our EV charger within the same week. Very professional, kind & would definitely go to them again.

John came out promptly and made his recommendations with several options. Jeremy was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and had his work cut out for him. We had to replace several outlets and 2 were really bad requiring a new outlet box being created. He also ran a ground rod to our breaker box. If we need any more electrical work, Rewired is who we'd call first.

Courteous, professional, prompt, and clean. Work included a sub panel and repair of the grounding for the house. Minimumal interruption of power and a full explanation of work performed including pictures before leaving when work was completed. Highly recommend them to those that need electrical work.
