The Des Moines location is handling all of our contents Trevor came out and scoped the job, and we were sent Vince and Francisco to inventory and pack all of our contents. They came all the way from the Ramsey , MN location to help the Iowa team.
Vince and Francisco were great to work with, and they were very helpful and polite. They were very professional and thorough in their work, and they were cognizant of our feelings and stress we were feeling. We cannot say enough good about them!

Truly a one call does it all operation. I am a Water Damage restorer and all I had to do was make one phone call to CLOUD CONTENTS and they were on their way as quick as they could to remove items that were in the way of me doing my job as a Restoration Professional. I highly recommend their services, the job was completely hands off for me. They dealt with the tenants homeowners insurance, I had a great experience working with these folks.

The movers and helpers arrived promptly at 8:00 AM. Explained their process of checking off each box or bagged item as it was taken from truck. They all worked tirelessly and efficiently. Helpers unwrapped items and cleaned up trash and boxes. They also carried boxes etc. They were all very friendly working straight through without a break until well after 2:00 PM. Movers were Jeiver , Franklin , Jorge. Helpers were Yoselin, Leoncv and Rosita ..
The only thing missing was an antique table . It was not on the replace list or cleaned list. It was a dropped leaf grey Crome Formica table from the Early 1940s and 50s. Nearly indestructible. I would like to know what happened to it . Valued at over $ 500.00 .

I've referred friends and people in my network to Cloud Contents after they have had the extreme misfortune of a house fire. Cloud restores furniture, clothing, electronics, and pretty much anything that's been damaged by smoke or staining. And if they cannot restore it to the pre-loss condition, they won't charge you the full amount for the attempt. Dennis and the team are very responsive as well.

I want to recommend cloud content for the great service they provide. People are very nice and very professional when providing a service. Special mention to Freddy, Emily, Christian and Josselin, they work above and beyond.

We had a very disappointing experience. Our sump pumps quit working so we had an inch of water in our basement. All dry was going to take out dry wall and carpet pad and then replace it. They do not remove any furniture or belongings but recommended Cloud Contents. We called them and Gunner came right away and brought a crew in an hour. He told us he couldn’t tell us how much so we asked for a bid. When the bid came it was much higher then what the insurance adjuster said it should be so we asked for a bill for what had been done. We never got a bill only a bid. 60% more hours then the team had worked. We were never given a bill so we finally paid the amount after four requests for a bill after talking to a lawyer. This was frustrating and disappointing since Gunner and his team did a very thorough job
