We had a 3-4 year old unit stop working right as we were leaving town for a week. They were quick to get a tech out when I was able to make the service call to see what the issue was. Knowing that it was a newer unit, they were very fair and reasonable in getting the work done. They knew we’d be getting back to a very hot house after a long trip and were here first thing on a Saturday morning to hurry and get it going. The tech was very nice and polite and thorough in his explanation of the problem and the solution. Can’t recommend them enough!

I've used this company 3 times and have been pleased with results all 3 times. This last call to them was for a new gas line install and they were able to get the job done quickly. They went out of their way as I had some timing conflicts with other work being done. The men who worked here were knowledgeable and polite, but I prefer knowledgeable. They were. And they stayed on job until they and I were satisfied with the outcome. I've been at this kind of trade work, in all aspects for 40 years, so I know what I'm seeing. I will hire them again.
The only thing I would change is to have them do the work for free. Sorry, I always have to throw in a joke..

Mick was great. He got our gas fireplace back up and working after a year of frustrations when another company was unable to fix. Friendly, clean, good communication. Overall very happy! They’ve got a new costumer from us!

Brian showed up on time for the estimate. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He got back to me in a very timely manner, and we set up an appointment.
On the day of the appointment, Jordan and Payton were on time, friendly, professional and got right to work. Don't let their young looks fool you. They did a better job than I was ready for. They are very good at their job and take genuine pride in their work. The attention to detail is impressive. I will absolutely recommend this company and these men to everyone.

From the initial meeting to discuss products and options, to installation and continuing service, Brian, Jordan, Noah, and the entire team have been friendly, professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. It's nice to know that good customer service still exists.

We were referred to Midwest Comfort by a neighbor. Midwest Comfort was the most reasonably priced when we replaced our air conditioning unit and furnace. We’ve since moved and now use them for fall/spring maintenance at our new home. I’ve always felt they’ve been honest when answering questions and with the assessment of our equipment. They provide excellent communication and are efficient with the service they provide. Have recommended them to others.

Caleb and Jordan were professional and got the job done right! I bought a fixer upper and the home sat vacant for years so needed a new HVAC and water heater. The basement and crawl space were disgusting but that did not deter these guys from completing the job in an efficient manner. Highly recommend!

We awoke to a dead air conditioner this morning. I was fully expecting a service call the next day since our weather has been so hot and humid.
We were thrilled when the Midwest van pulled up in front of the house a couple of hours later!!
Eli got right to it and found what was needed. He had to get an additional part but returned in no time. As we get back to what we were doing, the house is cooling down and the humidity is falling!

Outstanding customer service, technician was kind, efficient, knowledgeable and had the AC back to cooling in no time. Company's prices are very fair, no up charging or high pressure to purchase extras, service packages, etc.

Just yesterday (Sunday) I turned on the A/C and found out that the condenser unit outside wasn't turning on. I emailed Midwest and heard back the same day (on a Sunday) and they were able to get me scheduled next day. Mick showed up and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything. I could tell he wasn't trying to upsell me and only wanted to take care of the problem. They have great communication and though I hope I won't need them again, I will definitely call them if I do.

Nick was great. He installed my furnace and air conditioner and has been here several times since. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Midwest

Inspection of 20year-old water heater by service technician, Joel, on August 6, 2025 was professional and thorough. His assessment was that failure was not imminent but that flushing to improve performance wasn't recommended for such an old model since accumulated calcium deposits would probably cause the deteriorated drain valve to fail and result in a flooded utility room floor. His recommendation was replacement. He took photos of the current unit along with his recommendation to Brian, his manager, with my request for a follow-up discussion with Brian about State and Rheems replacements. The discussion with Brian was very informative and helpful. He explained why Midwest Comfort was no longer recommending Rheems units, and, instead, GE and State products. He provided reasons to convince me, for my needs, to purchase a GE product instead of a State unit. I respected his no-hard-sell approach. He provided comparative information on both brands and shared his experience with each manufacturer. I decided on the GE model because of a comparable warranty and because of generally better performance reports from his technicians who test units by both manufacturers in their own homes. Midwest Comfort has been my HVAC service provider going on about 15 years, and I've never had a complaint. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Midwest Comfort was the only company to respond and come out on the same day they were contacted (it was 90 degrees and very humid!
Joel was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and quick! I love that he did not try to sell us a new AC as he could have easily said we needed a new unit. That was truly appreciated.
When it comes time to replace, we will definitely call Midwest Comfort.

Great service - only company willing to help out in an emergency and they did great work!

Our AC died on one of the first hot days of the year. Midwest Comfort was quick to respond and took care of our problem. The repairman was clearly very experienced and extremely professional. Highly recommended!
