Furnace went out called and we were up and running in less than a half day. We were pleased with the response and the professional job.

Midwest Comfort is always responsive and prompt! They never try to pull one over on your or sell you what you don't need. We do the Spring and Fall program and are always pleased! If something is a small fix or bigger they are honest and get things taken care of! We highly recommend them!

Easy to do business with, called they came out quickly and figured out the problem and had the part in the truck to fix it .reasonably priced. Would recommend them to anyone who needs service done.

Technician came out quickly to help identify the issue. He made some suggestions for improvements in addition to the cleaning and service call. Thankful for the quick service!

I was at my wits end trying to get our pool heater back online. Service manuals and YouTube can only take you so far. Finally found Midwest Comfort after inquires to other HVAC companies in the DSM area (generally, pool companies DO NOT work on heaters, and apparently, most HVAC companies don't either).

I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. Advance communications were great, and the Tech showed up right on time.

Mick was awesome. He was able to pick my brain on all that I'd try to do to fix the problem (without making me feel like the amateur I am), and then methodically went through a bunch of check until finally diagnosing the problem. He walked through each step, so now I know a bit more how things run...and the issue actually turned out to be a manufacturing defect (of course the warranty period expired two months ago).

Highly recommend Mick and Midwest Comfort (and I'm pointing my daughter their way on her 'new' house).

I'm going to repeat "Pool Heater Repair" a couple of times to improve search results for those looking for a "Pool Heater Repair" company to fix their "Pool Heater" as its tough to find someone in Des Moines that does "Pool Heater Repair".

Replaced a heat pump and water heater. Brian gave us a good/better/best option to consider with great support info, and competitive pricing. When Mick and Jordan were here doing the work they were professional and courteous, cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions. They had a very tight space to work in and did a great job. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and will continue using Midwest Comfort for all our service needs, and recommend you do so as well.

AC went out on one of the hottest days! Called at 8am and AC Unit was fixed by 9:30am, doesn’t get much better than that! Joel was amazing, he went above and beyond in my opinion! He even walked through my house and educated me on my whole system along the way! Awesome guy and a great company to work with! 10/10 rating for me!

I was very impressed! On a hot day last week my AC quit working. Within an hour of when I called, they had the repairs done! Yes, you read it correctly! They sent the repair guy out immediately and the problem was quickly diagnosed and resolved. He was done and leaving in less than an hour of placing the call for service. Another prompt, high-quality furnace and a/c installation by Midwest Comfort. This is at least fourth furnace and a/c replacement Midwest Comfort has done for us over the last 10 years, across our primary residence and multiple rental properties. Midwest Comfort is my first and only call for heating and cooling work.

Tech came out for yearly maintenance check on furnace. Tech called ahead and was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would recommend Midwest Comfort to anyone.

Four years ago, I purchased a new furnace, A/C and water heater from them. I have stayed with them since because I have had no problems. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

I was referred to Brian over 16 years ago and have been with his company ever since. I just replaced an old HVAC unit that was no longer safe to run. Brian scheduled me last minute and just in time. The next day a cold snap and the Thanksgiving snow storm was on its way. Jordan and Caleb installed the units and they did a wonderful job. I went with the variable gold series unit and could not be happier. Brian and his team are worth every penny!
