My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service and professionalism displayed by Josh and the other technician in our home. The service was highly satisfactory, ensuring that we will remain lifelong customers. Given that we had to replace our furnace and water heater, I was uncertain about what to expect. Nevertheless, their performance was exceptional, and I strongly recommend that this technicians receive a bonus or recognition.

Everyone I've dealt with at Modern Heating and Air has been fantastic. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, the gentlemen who have come out to diagnose and fix problems have done a great job and helped me to understand what the problem is and what the options are to fix it. They lay out the issues clearly and I don't feel like they're trying to upsell me on anything. Everyone who has come into my house has been respectful and professional. I can't recommend this company highly enough!

The Modern team installed a new Lennox AC and Heater last week. Sam, Loren and Aaron were professional and fast. Sam kept me posted on progress as they working and provided a "tour" of my AC. Aaron gave me the same "tour" of my new furnace. Great people to work with. Shout out to Nick who helped me navigate the home warranty maze! Much appreciated. The whole team was outstanding.
