Terence is a great guy to work with! Down to earth, approachable, and definitely dedicated to his business and providing the best customer service and quality of work.

We hired High N Tight to renovate our lawn. For years we have fought a hard, patchy, lumpy, uneven yard. It was hard to walk on, hard for our kids to play on, and seemingly impossible to get grass to grow. We tried different diy treatments, fertilizers, overseeding, lawn patch, and nothing worked... so we decided to get help.

We knew our lawn needed a lot of help so we didn't want to hire one of the big box vendors to just come in and weed treat and fertilize. We needed more, much more. We got several quotes from smaller, local businesses. Terence gave us a competitive quote, but what set him apart was his rapport and comprehensive plan, which he took the time to discuss with us and tailor to our specific needs. He maintained good communication throughout the job, and addressed our concerns as they arose.

Our lawn care plan consisted of softening and raking out the existing lumps and high spots. Bringing in a couple loads of fertilized dirt to fill several significant low spots and level the rest of the yard. Rake in quality grass seed, and then top it with biodegradable straw mat. We had initially discussed having Terence back drag the entire back yard to level it, rather than just raking and top dressing. When the plan changed and he made the decision not to do this, we were concerned that it would effect the end result. However, Terence took the time to discuss his reasoning with us. He assured us that if the final product did not meet our expectations, he would stand by his work and make it right.

It is apparent that Terence truly cares about his customers and strives to deliver quality service and results. I will update this review with photos once the yard fills in and I have a before and after. Up to this point, I am very happy with High N Tight Lawn & Landscaping and would recommend them to anyone needing a yard renovation!

We have a large hill on our property that we have to mow over every year. Terrance was completing our neighbors hill with decorative rock and that was the first time we talked to him. He was very personable and kind. We reached out this past Spring to start our project. Terrance is very quick and good at communicating. He does great quality work at a great price, we would recommend him to anyone.

Terrance and his crew were professional, thorough, fast, responsive, prices are competitive, and our finished result is nothing short of amazing.

I can't tell you how much it has transformed our backyard.

We had lots of changes throughout the job and he's was very patient and informative on what would work and not work. He also helped us figure out what stone would work best in our price point.

Evan and team came and delivered! I needed to finish off some landscaping on the side of my house that needed grading and finishing… these guys came in and got it done ahead of schedule and within my budget. Couldn’t be happier.

We hired Edwards Landscaping to do our lawn care for the 2023 season. They do a wonderful job at a reasonable price.

Good guys to work with! Came up with a solution for our water 💧 drainage issue and followed up after the work was done to make sure the issue was fixed!

I am an old man now. I have to hire my work done, these days. However, I grew up in a construction family. My dad had me driving a truck on the job sites at 8 years old. I was running trenchers, backhoes and other equipment before I was 16. I know an accomplished operator when I see one. That being said, I highly recommend Evan. He is very much at the top of my "White List".

Evan and team are meticulous and do a great job.They were able to complete 14 cubic yards of mulch in 3 days. Would highly recommend their services.

We had Evan re-do the rock and edging in our front and turned out great with a good price. We enjoyed working with Evan and he'll be first on our list for future projects.

I reached out to Edwards for yard cleaning services. He was very professional, promptly sending me a contract with detailed information about the work, the completion date, and responding quickly to my messages. Compared to my other contractors, he was much clearer about the process and demonstrated a strong understanding of the job. Although my husband and I ultimately decided to do the work ourselves to save costs, I still want to give Edwards a positive review and hope to hire him in the future.

Edwards Landscaping does spectacular work with outdoor hardscapes, concrete paver patios, retaining walls, and brick/stone edging! Owner is very friendly, easy to talk to, and open to new ideas. Working with him has been easy and enjoyable, and it is clear to see that he puts considerable thought, planning, and attention to detail into his work.

Edwards did a patio for us and we were very pleased with how it turned out. Every step of the process was explained completely, and they were very thorough, careful, and they always cleaned up the area at the end of each day. Great job and thanks.

Edwards Landscaping was great to work with for our home's basic landscaping needs. Evan came out to our house for an initial meeting to discuss what we're looking for, and he then prepared a proposal/quote. Once work started, he was very communicative. We had a few "delays" due to rain, and Evan was always on top of texting me to let me know of the shift in plans. Ultimately when the work was done, my husband and I were very happy with the final result!

Entire organization is friendly, professional, and communication is great. Front yard looks amazing and the staff cleaned up after themselves every day. Will definitely hire them again!
