Came home from work to a bathroom flooded. Gave The Sewer Doctor a call and he got our clogged fixed and pipes running good again. Very thankful for the quick help because in a house of 7 (6 of them female) we definitely need our bathrooms to work good.

I had a main toilet that we use clog last night, tried to get it myself and was unable to. I reached out to The Sewer Doctors and he responded right away and was to my house within 30 minutes of my first message to him. He did quick work and left the area clean as well. I would definitely recommend him for any issues you may have.

Shawn came out had problems with the basement toilet. Did some problem solving and fixed it within 20 minutes. And was on the house didn't charge me! Highly recommend and very professional. If I would have called anyone else they would have charged me an arm and leg. Thanks Shawn....

I called the Sewer Drs on a recommendation from a local plumber. Shawn was extremely helpful. I had some concerns about our line to the street. Shawn checked the system out and recommended we did not need to clean out the line. He felt it would be a waste of money, for us to try to fix something that didn't need to be fixed. I am very impressed. He is a true professional.

I would give more stars if I could. I've had sewer issues on more than one home. They have been to my house the same day, worked efficiently, and maintained the house cleaned. Very professional and explain things well in regards to what is going on and how to prevent it in the future. Would highly recommend.

I called Shawn late in the afternoon when the plumber I was waiting for never arrived. He was finishing up a job, but he came right after. He did a terrific job unclogging both sides of my kitchen sink. There was very little mess, and his prices are more than fair. He will be my plumber from now on. Thanks, sewer doctor!!

Shawn responded to my message quickly and was willing to come out on a Sunday evening or after 5pm during the week. He worked quickly and efficiently to unclog 2 toilets and a shower drain. He was reseaonably priced and took care to clean up after the job. I would definitely recommend Shawn for any plumbing jobs and call on him again in the future.

I have known Shawn for years and messaged to let him know about a sewage issue we were having and the local company was charging us ALOT!! Told him the guys were here for 45 min and didn’t fix it said they would come back Monday. He came down and fixed it in an hour!! So worth the extra money to have him drive further to our new place to fix the problem right! We will call him from now on!!

Exceptional service from start to finish! My basement drain was backing up, and he didn’t just clear it — he snaked the line and ran a camera through the pipes, showing me cracks and roots to watch for in the future. He explained everything clearly so I understood the issue and what steps to take next. Even though he lives about an hour away, he arrived right on time around 3 PM as promised. On top of that, he went above and beyond by speaking with my neighbor who shares the line, making sure everyone knew what was going on and preventing future problems. Our waterline snapped off the wall at our older house in Spencer.The Sewer Doctor came out on an emergency basis. This was an older home, which made the job more difficult, but they handled it extremely well.
