I've tried and my wife has tried to contact them for over a month because they were recommended to us. We've called their number and went to the website and filled out multiple "contact us" forms. Nobody has ever answered or responded to any of it. There's no excuse to not even get a callback for over a month. Absolutely ridiculous

We had two eastern white pines that needed to come down. Brown's arrived with their guys, trucks, and equipment, and had them down, stripped, stumps ground, cleaned up, and out of here in about one hour. Wow!

We had a huge tree very close to our house that needed to be removed. These guys showed up with really big equipment. Now it looks like that tree was never there and nothing hit the house in the process. They really know what they are doing. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service and cleanup. I have more trees to come down and I will only call them to do the work. Give them a call you won’t regret it.

The garage door was on vacation mode and that’s what needed to be changed only. Had to be switched up instead of on. everything now works fine.

As of now very easy to talk to respectful and professional. I had them come out for a quote, now I wait and see if they are reasonable.
