My technician Jeremy was awesome! He really knew his stuff, figured out the leak fast, and fixed it quick. He even capped an old gas line in just a few minutes. I’ll definitely call him again for any plumbing problems.

We needed someone to inspect a water heater and a possible leaking toilet. The technician was very honest and he told us that we didn't have any issues with either thing. He didn't try and sell us something that we didn't need. Very much appreciated!

Technician, Todd Porter, was most excellent, knowledgeable, personable and worked quickly (30-minutes) to resolve the issue and get our water heater back up and running. I really appreciated that there was no high pressure hard sell to buy another unit etc… just straightforward, honest and good old-fashioned customer service! Thank You!!

H&H plumbing is top notch. They were on time, professional and went far beyond our expectations of service. Tore out old tub shower unit, repaired and replaced pipes and drain. Installed new valve, surround and trim.

Never agree to have the plumber bring the new parts - they were twice as expensive as what the retail store was charging for a higher quality set. Also, it's not right that I should have to pay a second service charge for installing parts that should have been with him on the first call. Probably the last time I will call H & H.

Did a good job installing the garbage disposal. He replaced delta seats and springs on bathroom faucets. He said they may not solve the problem because of corrosion. I called to come back and he suggested a new faucets. I will call them back when I get the new faucet.

Their communication with appointment reminders, notice of technician arrival, and follow up was timely and appropriate. I felt they were reasonably priced and no surprises with billing. Our service technician, Jacob, was professional, friendly, and efficient working quickly but also with a high degree of quality. Our hot water heater stopped working. We set an appointment with H&H Plumbing. They never established a minimum time for billing. Their worker was nice and fast, only 30-minutes. The billed me for a full hour! $192.60!! Ridiculous! I would have fixed it myself but almost died in surgery and had a fresh incision from the center of my chest to the bottom of my right ribcage. No empathy and no explanation of a 1-hour minimum. They need to communicate terms better.

H&H Plumbing replaced the toilets in my house. They were reasonably priced and the plumber completed the installations in a timely manner. They were professional and courteous. I have had not so great experiences with other plumbers and would recommend H&H for any plumbing jobs you may have.

Jacob and Chason are great! They were courteous and efficient. Jacob explained the problem then quickly repaired and adjusted the plumbing. We needed the shut off valve replaced as well. We had another unusual issue but Todd had the solution! They are very experienced. I highly recommend H and H Plumbing!
