I cannot say enough about Iowa CTS cleaners! They were AMAZING to work with. I needed help with a hoarding cleanout for a family member and I wasn't sure which company would be the best. I had spoken to one other cleaning company that said they specialize in hoarding cleans but wanted me to do complete a few cleaning task myself first before they would come and clean. That was not going to work for me so I decided to look for another company and I came across IOWA CTS CLEANERS. I am so glad I decided to go with CTS cleaners. John K. is the owner and him and his staff are extremely professional and responsive. He wasn't sure if he could get me in the same week but he found a way to get me on the schedule as we had a tight deadline. They are priced reasonably as I have seen other companies charge way more partially because they have to rent dump trucks, and etc. If you are thinking about going with anyone else for extreme cleanups - you don't have to look any further.
