Zach and his team are very professional and respectful, they do a great job and in a timely manner , they make sure everything is at the standard the client expects and leave no mess behind , I will use them for all my heating and cooling needs they are awesome!!

Dealing with furnace issues while experiencing the coldest weather of the year is no fun. Zach was extremely helpful and respectful. He knew within minutes what the issue was and had a plan of how to move forward. Will 100% recommend to anyone that will listen.

In the midst of frigid weather, Aaron provided a fast service and worked around my schedule to fix a bad flame sensor. In the process he did a routine clean up and provided some best practice tips for future cleaning. I had a difficult problem with an intermittent leak in my HVAC unit. Trevor Collins took the time to diagnose the problem and then did extensive homework to find the best corrective action. The problem was immediately repaired. Excellent service and professionalism, I would recommend Mr Collins to any prospective customer.

Kyle did an outstanding job installing my new furnace. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and upfront about my options—no pressure, just honest advice. He and his team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. The new system runs perfectly, and my home is finally warm and comfortable. Had them come to service my furnace found it being bad and replaced in very timely matter. Kyle did a very good job at installing the unit. The price was very reasonable. They will do all my work in the future.

I had some issues with my house not blowing cold air and figured it might have to do with my HVAC outside. And when summer in IA hits, one of the last things you need is your house not getting cool. They sent over a man named Trevor Collins to come take a look and he was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Also pretty quick too, he was able to get things up and running in no time. All in all, pretty solid experience, would recommend. 👍

Our AC broke the day before July 4th and Zach came out to our house on July 4th as soon as we called to help us! He was very knowledgeable, explained the issue and gave us maintenance tips for the future, and fixed the problem so we could get our AC back up and running straight away. Definitely recommend this company!

It was super cold out and my furnace needed looked at right away. The day before when I was out walking I saw the Veteran Heating and Cooling service van in my neighborhood. Little did I know I would need their service the very next day. I called during the early morning hours before Veteran was open and left a message. Zach called me back very quickly. We talked briefly and discovered he would be working in my area already that day, so he added me to his stops. What a blessing! Zach was at my house fixed my furnace and was on the road again in under 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and a great person to work with! Came out promptly, was very thorough with their inspection, and explained everything for us to understand what was wrong and how to fix it!

Really impressed by Zach and his team. Julia got us squared away by setting up a time for a free quote, and there was even availability the next business day. Zach came and was very professional, gave us our options and we received our quote that day. I did find it easier to communicate via text than email for faster responses. Zach was easy to work with and scheduled an appointment that best suited our needs.
Our services were duct cleaning, humidifier installation as well as dryer vent cleaning. I ended up texting Zach a few days before and added a furnace check to my appointment due to some issues.
Zach, Jayse, and Dakota arrived right on time and finished all the work within 4 hours. They were all friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be repeat customers and would highly recommend!
