We were very pleased with American tree service from Holstein! They not only cut our tree down but also cleaned everything up including raking the pieces that were too small to pick up. Then after it was all cleaned up they hauled it away. They also removed the stump and filled the hole with dirt! They definitely take pride in their work and are vey reasonably priced . I would highly recommend their services! 😊

Talked to Auston yesterday 9/9/25 around noon and at 2:30 he was at my house and had two of the four trees down, loaded and cleaned up by 5:00. The clean up was exceptional. Showed up today and was done around 11:00 and gone. He is very professional and very business minded. His workers are very much like Austin. Very polite and very good workers. He stopped in at 3:30 to make sure I was satified since I had to leave town before he was done. I will recommend him any and all the time. Great job American Tree Service.

This might not be the everyday experience but this has been my grandpa’s awful experience and he feels like just out the money and going to have to pay someone else to do the job. In early September 2024 my uncle made contact saying we need 2 trees cut down and stumps ground out. Nov 19, were finally confirmed that could do the job. Dec 6 he showed up to cut down trees and take money ($3731 plus tax so check written for $4012.50) We went through snow and winter letting it go due to cold ground; but we’re in May and still waiting on stumps to be ground out and dirt/grass seed filled. Made contact on May 20 and finally on 23rd received a response asking if this was the house in Cherokee and yes we will get to it this week. The week (May 25-31) has past and we are now June 1st tomorrow…9 months going on 10 months to cut down 2 trees and still waiting on stumps to be removed and filled. Spent over $4k upfront and still having to mow around stumps because job wasn’t completed. Highly disappointed in the money spent and thinking I’m going to have to pay someone else to come do the dang job. I shouldn’t have to be a bother trying to get the job completed. I just don’t understand why when you want money upfront for the job you can’t complete same day or next day, instead here we are a solid 6 months after check cashed and still 2 stumps and no dirt nor grass seed. I wouldn’t recommend.

We had 3 very large dead trees on our property. We called Austin for an estimate. They came out and completed the job. Everything was cleaned up and all damage from the limbs coming down was repaired. Completely satisfied. I highly recommend.

Austin, his crew went above and beyond to make sure that they gave me the most amazing experience with our large tree removal and stump that was close to our house. I would recommend to anybody and I’m so pleased in the timely manner they got it done and how great the cleanup was!

Austin did a great job removing and cleaning up a tree that fell in our yard. The yard was very messy (tons of twigs). He was very easy to work with on finances, too. Very professional.
