Working with Zach, MasterGrass was a wonderful experience. He listened and created the landscaping design for our home. I was very impressed right away when I reached out to him last fall. As other landscape companies were telling us it was fine for planting, my gut told me differently. Zach was honest and upfront and told us we should wait. So glad we did. Zach uses one of the finest nurseries in the area, Bentley Ridge Tree and Nurseries in Grimes. We are thrilled with the results! I’m highly recommend using Zach and MasterGrass.

Zach was so super easy to work with. Did the job sooner than expected and did an amazing job. Picture of my deck . The rock and pavers around my deck were destroyed me by Zach’s landscaping company.

Zach and his crew did an excellent job on our project. We appreciated his communications regarding the schedule and he was very accommodating regarding some last minute extra work we added to the project. They all were very focused while working but were always open to answering any questions we had. Very impressed with their efficiency and quality of work!!

Sam was fast to come out and give us an estimate of the work we wanted done. Once we accepted the job he was here just two days later! We had a dead bush we wanted to replace and questioned if the others were okay. He was very knowledgeable. We will definitely work with him again.

All of the guys at MasterGras did an awesome job at our Altoona home! After speaking with Zachariah about what we were looking for he had a quote back to us within 24 hours. It took a few months due to their busy season to get the job finished, but SO worth the wait. There were multiple options and that they offered us for how we wanted our landscaping to work. We were pretty easy going and let them do whatever they thought looked best, but they made it feel as if the options were endless. I would highly recommend MasterGrass and the crew if you are needing any work done! 10/10. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great friendly service. Heat completely out on a Sunday, coldest day of the year, and came right away to fix the problem. Definitely would recommend.

Stayed late so water could be restored to my house! They truly care about their customers. Highly recommend them!

Prompt service. They responded to my service request, fixed the problem at my house, sent invoice, and notified me they received my payment, all during the same day.

Came promptly and fixed what needed fixing. Will definitely be calling them with future furnace issues and will recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Don’t work with these people because they won’t fix your plumbing in a trailer if it’s not worth there money and you guys don’t even deserve one star

Great experience with J & T. My furnace quit working last Friday night. A guy came Saturday morning and fixed it. A few days later 2 guys came and replaced a portion of my sewer pipe.

Thank you so much AGAIN! My A/C at the office and at home always go on the blink when its 500 degrees outside. I emailed Jeremy at 7:45 this morning, he answered back in 5 minutes, Kim stopped in, replaced the thermometer and it's 9:15 a.m. right now. THAT IS FAST SERVICE. It's the second time this summer! We are so fortunate to have you back in Hubbard!! Again, THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Boiler went out during the night of Jan 14 2022 . Got in touch with after hours technician explaining no heat at 4am. Technician said he would be there between 8 and 9 am. After waiting with no heat in house for hours with sub zero temperature outside I called technician back at 1130am who then informed me he was having issues and suggested finding another plumber. So mid-afternoon on a Saturday we had to find another plumber to fix our Boiler. Pathetic way to treat a long time customer. Even though they are conveniently located just a few blocks from our house we will never use this company again. Unreliable. Would have been different if he would have just had the guts to call us back to let us know he wasn't coming but he left us hanging.

Thank God for Jimmy!!! We contacted J&T tonight after 9:00p and he came out within the hour and fixed our plumbing issue at a great price. No other plumber will touch my pipes!! Thanks so much Jimmy, we really appreciate you.
