I absolutely love this cleaning service. I am a grad student at ISU and I teach, have classes, and tutor English as a second language on the side, so have a full schedule all the time. This made maintaining the cleanliness of my house too much for me and after the fall semester, I was depressed at the dirty state of my home. So, for Christmas, my mom offered to pay for Family Cleaning's bi-weekly cleaning services and it has been so wonderful to have Daisy & Eugenia come in and scrub down the things I can't keep up with. They do such an amazing job and often go beyond what they usually clean to make my home extra squeaky clean. They are easy to communicate with, but I speak Spanish as well as English, so communication was never an issue for me, but my fiance who does not speak Spanish has no trouble understanding them. Every time I open my door, Daisy & Eugenia meet me with their smiling faces, a happy and kind greeting, and warm personalities. They are also such amazing women who talk with me, ask me how I am doing, and ask me permission to do the louder things like vacuum because I am usually working on my computer when they come over. They are so considerate, kind, and do a wonderful job. Their service comes at an amazing price and I will definitely keep going to them even after this spring semester is over at Iowa State.
