Had a repair done on my service line and had been recommended jetsurge for a hydro jetting to remove left over roots and overall cleaning. They were very flexible with timing and pricing .upon arrival super knowledgeable and very transparent regarding potential issues and price adjustments. Hats off to the jetsurge team as a whole as I've never meet a group of people so transparent and forthcoming in any type of transactional setting. Most company's will try to squeeze as much money out of you but with these guys it was nothing short of cut and dry no bs. Just quality work. I highly recommend jetsurge for any one looking for hydrojetting services!

Nick came out to clean my main sewer line and was very courteous and professional he arrived an hour after I called for service and was done in less than an hour, he cleaned up behind himself and price was very reasonable. Thanks for everything will use again if need in the future highly recommended.

Two major misrepresentations in this company's name 1st - about their affordability ,2nd - about cleaning drains. Wanted $800 for plugging their sump pump into my electric and running it for 3 hours to drain a 25' long inground pool, (while they'd be doing another job elsewhere). After that, $200 per hour to pressure wash the sides to the level of the sludge that they assumed would be on the floor of the pool. :"And we will not shovel the sludge. You can do it yourself". As for the drain, they would not clean it either. Because the pool has had standing water in it for several years, "it would be a mess" and they would not know how to clean the drain, "because there are various kinds of pools", and their expertise is apparently limited to using sump pumps to drain commercial pools. The owner is rude and condescending.. Does not know how to talk to customers. When I asked him whether he could come up with a more appropriate form of address than "honey", he screamed: "Go find someone else". He screamed throughout the entire conversation.

1 star isn't EVEN worthy of this company! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER....I repeat NEVER use them. I called them out for a clog on two different occasions because they didn't fix the clog the first time.They got equipment stuck in my property which created a landslide of other issues and took ABSOLUTELY no responsibility for their actions! Thousands of dollars later, the city I live in is involved and Jet Surge has yet to be accountable. I highly DO NOT recommend this company.

They overcharged me.

The technician cleaned the washing machine drain, and asked me if there's any other drains I want them to clean and said "It'll be much cheaper to have multiple drains cleaned at once."
So, I asked them to clean 2 more drains.
All the work took 15 minutes.

The technician came to me later and said I owe them $420. $135 per EACH DRAINS.
I asked for the invoice which took two days. It said $135 for one drain and $125 each for additional pipes.

I asked my friend to call them later to get a quote for the same situation I had, they quoted him around $200. $135 for one drain and $40 per additional pipes. he asked them if there's any scenario that they'll charge more for additional pipes. the receptionist said "NO"

I'm clearly overcharged so I called them. But the reception lady was very offensive about it, which I'm not surprised.
I can't help thinking that they took advantage of me because I'm a young Asian woman. shame on you.

The technician's name was Matt. Avoid him or this company.

Poor customer education, service and lack of integrity.
In April of this year a home purchase inspection identified roots in my sewer line. I paid JetSurge $800 to power blow the sewer line from my house to the city line. I declined the additional $300 charge to videotape the cleaning. There was no education about why this might be worthwhile to have.
In June I had a clogged drain in the basement and called Jet Surge to see if they had cleaned out the indoor sewer pipes or just outside. They said they only did outside and I needed to contact a plumber. A plumber identified that the blockage was in the line between the house and the street. (I paid the plumber $300 for this)

I contacted JS to ask that they come back to redo their job as it appeared that it wasn’t done to completion the first time. They told me I’d foregone a warranty that is only applicable if a video is done. I had to pay someone else to clean out the roots AGAIN. ($500)
When I contacted JS to talk to
the manager they proceeded to place the blame on me. Why had I had a plumber come out instead of them? (Their employee told me to) I hadn’t purchased a video so there was no warranty. (Nobody educated me that the roots might not get cleared out 100%) This company not only didn’t do the job they were hired to do or come back to complete it thoroughly after failing to do the job they were to complete but they blamed the customer. In hindsight I can see that they need to record the jetting so they can be sure the roots are completely gone. Unfortunately nobody explained the reason behind the additional fee of a recording when I was scheduling my service.

I was very impressed with this Company from start to finish, very nice on the phone and scheduled me right away. Cory came to the home and was very professional and knowledgeable about what was going on. Fixed my problem fast and efficient and left it clean. On top of it all, great prices after I had called around looking for affordable prices. This place definitely has earned my business whenever I need them and will def recommend them to anyone! 5 🌟 from me

Corey came in clutch at midnight, unclogging my kitchen and bathroom sinks before they overflowed. Professional and efficient!

So unprofessional! Treated us like we didn't know anything just because we're not the professional! And had enough nerve to say if I couldn't afford the service to let him know! Rude to my wife calling her sweetheart and saying that's home ownership!
