Furnace in my recently purchased home wasn't working properly. Chad was adamant about setting up an appointment in a timely manner. He was patient with guiding me through the proper channels, as it was a "natural gas" issue, no fault to his equipment. Being a first-time homeowner and new to the area, I had additional questions, some related to Chad's field of expertise and some that weren't. He gave some great recommendations and input. He and his son were kind, respectful, and professional. I hope that I don't need their services any time in the near future, but I know my home and family are in good hands when that day comes.

It took 3 hours or so but they worked until everything flowed like it should. Jaime and Ethan were excellent. They had to go get another machine so they could go 150 feet out. Finally, success! Not looking forward to the bill, but at least the drains work and I didn't have to dig up my yard! Thank you!

My A/C quit working on when it was 90 degrees out. I called Sloan in the morning he was there that afternoon and had the part on hand. Had it fixed and up and running within 10 minutes. Chad was very prompt, professional, and nice!

Had a leaky shut off valve, called Sloan and they were able to come out within 90 minutes to diagnosis. They gave me options on the best way to resolve the issue and noticed another issue that they could repair at the same time for minimal cost. Sloan Plumbing is reliable, gives accurate quotes, but most importantly they stand behind their work and products. Sloan installed a black faucet in our bathroom and the black started coming off. Sloan replaced the faucet with a beautiful facet that I got to ok before installation. Sloan Plumbing is the only plumbing & HVAC we call. Thank you for great customer service Sloan Plumbing. Very new to town and didn’t know who to call. Saw that Sloan had the best reviews so we took a chance. Thank goodness we did!! They made time for us within 24 hours of calling, they were super communicative, and fast. Job was done so so quick and I should mention that they quoted me a fair price to begin with and then charged less than the quote to accommodate for the actual cost of the job. That seems like common sense, but I wouldn’t have known either way and really appreciate the honesty! Hard to find these days! Great company! Won’t be using anyone else.

Our air conditioner stopped working. I called Sloans on Tuesday and they came the same day to check it out and provided a reasonable quote. They installed the new air conditioner on Friday. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I really appreciated how quickly they responded. Thank you!😊

As Murphy’s Law would have it, literally hours after I left on Saturday afternoon for some business travel my wife calls me and says the boiler for our radiator heat system stopped working. And yes, this was during the second day of the polar vortex where over the next several days the temperature was below zero with one day being -37 degrees Fahrenheit. My wife called Sloan, Plumbing & Heating and described the problem to which Chad Sloan said he would be there in the morning (he was out of town that Saturday) and my wife said she could wait until Monday as we have a second hot air heating system for the addition we put on a few years earlier. Chad insisted he come over Sunday morning so he could scope out what the issue was and so he could be ordering necessary parts first thing Monday morning. Turns out we needed a new boiler. Chad truly knows his craft and he gave us a few options which boiler to buy and why. Once we decided on which one to buy, Chad ordered it and he scheduled the install on Tuesday. He and his team worked for the next two days installing the new system. He and his team were courteous, professional, friendly and worked beyond normal work hours to get the job done in a timely manner. They demonstrated what exceptional customer service is and we have no hesitation in highly recommending Sloan Plumbing and Heating.
