We had our pool built last October, which led to limited activity due to seasonal changes. Premier Pool Service offered to open our pool early this year due to warmer than normal temperatures and we took full advantage of it. It was a seamless activity and required no effort from myself or the family. Between cleaning and chemicals from the Service team, all we had to do was let the heater do its job. The Service team has us set up to run the pool from our phones and helped get all that established also. Great group and very responsive to questions and providing guidance.

Gina is a terrific cleaner. She was always on time, brought her own supplies and made my house look terrific!

Gina has been cleaning our house for about a year, and she does a great job! Our house always smells so nice and looks great after she’s been here. Very reasonably priced as well. We recently decided to have her come more often because we’ve been so pleased with her work and because our 1 year old daughter makes messes a lot more!

Gina is great. She initially did a deep clean for us when we were moving. Since then she has cleaned our home regularly for 3 years. She treats our home as if it were her own. She is thorough and genuinely cares about the quality of her work. Our home always looks and smells great when she is done. We trust having her in our home which is very important to us. Our daughter also loves her! We highly recommend Gina for any of your cleaning needs.

Fantastic job! If you are hesitant about hiring cleaners I recommend having MaidPro come for a one time clean and seeing what a difference can make! MaidPro now comes once a month and it has made our lives much smoother! No more nagging my husband or using up my weekends to clean. Shireena and Kerri were extremely thoughtful and easy to chat with!

I have been very happy with the cleaning services we've received with Maid Pro. The prices and quality of the services are a great value. Rosa and her team are great to work with. All of the service techs have been great to have in our home. They've been very reliable and also flexible to work with our changing schedule. I would highly recommend Maid Pro, especially after having tried several other providers in the area.

This was the best experience I have ever had! Hydi was my cleaner and was so good! my house was left clean and it smells so good! This was my first time getting my home cleaned and I am not sure what took me so long to do so! with a busy life, work, kids this cleaning gave me the time back needed to do things for me!

Megan and Kayana cleaned here today and did an awesome job! On top of a great clean, they left extremely thorough notes as well which was appreciated. We have a dog that sheds a ton and they spend extra time making sure the area where she primarily stays gets deep cleaned! Would definitely recommend

I am so pleased with the cleaning services I received from Ashlynn and Adelene today. This was my first time using Maid Pro and the girls were very friendly and thorough with their work.

We were sorry to lose Morgan -- but happy she went back to school full time. We noiw have Ashlynn. She has cleaned for us 3 times, and each visit she has done better. Her most recent visit she did a GREAT job. Happy with Ashlynn.

Save yourself the headache - just don't use this company! We scheduled a deep clean of the entire house. This was not cheap to begin with! The 49 point checklist they advertise is an absolute joke. My house was well taken care of to begin with, just wanted a deep clean that I didn't have to do!

Here is a brief list of what was missed in our house:
1. Basement: Literally only the carpets were vacuumed. Stairs were not vacuumed. No baseboards dusted, no furniture vacuumed.
2. Main floor: Multiple areas of crumbs left where they would be easily accessible to clean up, dust left on top of surfaces. The entire main floor was not mopped! The owner cited human error on this one - Human error not to mop AT ALL for a deep cleaning service?! Continued missing floorboard cleaning, front of cabinets not wiped, kitchen sink not cleaned.
3. Upstairs/Bedrooms: Many remaining floor boards not dusted, rooms were tidied up but not deep cleaned.
4. Bathrooms: Soap scum remaining in tub, wiped around the shampoo bottles, did not scrub. Even hair remaining over the top of the drain. Dust bunnies in the corners, things (ex = toilet brush) were not moved out of the corner to clean.

These are all items that were stated they would be done according to their master 49 point checklist.

Talking with customer service was a nightmare. They offered to send someone out to re-clean the areas that day. Thanks but no thanks, you have proven your company to be subpar. After many ridiculous text messages (took about 3 times of asking for a phone call before I finally got one), they took one third off of the total quoted price stating "I apologize for not meeting your standards." They didn't meet their own standards they advertise!

When the owner finally called me, he was extremely rude. What happened to customer service in a service industry?

As one positive, the areas that were cleaned well, looked great, just not sure why that wasn't carried throughout the whole house.

Props to you if you read all this - I promise you will be much happier and have much better use of your money if you go elsewhere. Plus, you won't be feeding a service based company that cares absolutely zero about customer service!
