I have used Andrew for multiple air conditioning and heating projects on my home. He is one of the most knowledgable and straightforward individuals to work with. I cannot speak higher of him and the level of service he has provided.

Unfortunately my water heater and furnace/AC fan were destroyed by flood water this summer. I know Andrew was busy because so many people were affected, but regardless, I had a new water heater and furnace a week later. He spent time explaining the problem and my replacement options when he came out to give an estimate. (He even ignored my barking lunatic dogs during installation.)
A month later I had a problem with some water leaking from the water heater. Even though it was 10 PM, he responded to my messages and walked me through what to do. Came out at the end of his day the following day and replaced the defective part. Informative and responsive, both of which I consider strong points as far as customer service goes. Hopefully I dont need his company's services for a long time, but when I do, I will call Andrew at Air Support Inc again!

Andrew at Air Support exceeded all expectation. He took the time to answer and explain, in detail, all aspects of the process and questions about the equipment. I probably took more of his time when he came out for an estimate than I should have but when he left I had clear understanding of the furnace and air conditioner I wanted to install

Knowledgeable and experienced. Andrew is honest and gives you pointers on how to maintenance your air conditioner to keep it running so that you never have to call an air conditioner repair man again. My wifi thermostat quit working and the replacement would have been $600. But he gave me another more affordable option of a basic thermostat at $149 that I was happy with.

This Is the best company to call for any furnace solutions! Hands down! We live out about an hour and a half away from Johnson and they were able to sympathize and understand my situation.
