My most recent “plumbing” installation experience with SCHAAL’s heating cooling plumbing services involved 3 separate visits to my home, 3 scheduling phone agents, and 3 technician employees over approximately 1 month to satisfactorily repair a shower leak problem I had. All of the above “sounds” like a lot and, to some extent, IT WAS. Nonetheless, so far, after about 2 weeks of shower use beyond the FINAL “fix” completed by assigned service technicians I can state I’m pleased and satisfied with the installation and operational solution for my shower leak problem by Schaal’s in-house as well as contractual service workers. My rating in middle for this experience would have been about a = 3 and 1/2. However, given the professionalism and diagnostic skills of SCHAAL employee JONATHAN VAN my satisfaction rating of the overall quality of services received for this project IS 5.
I scheduled an appointment, included my ZIP and full address, they confirmed it was available. They confirmed my appointment through text message the day before. And the day of the appointment I received a call saying they didn’t service my area. I understand you can’t service some areas, but correct your website so you don’t mislead people.
