Philip was amazing....knowledgeable, helpful, incredibly kind, and the type of service one dreams about. Excellent all around, especially when inspection turns up problems we weren't anticipating. He helped guide us through what was needed and worked with us to fix it moving ahead.

Phillip is always friendly, efficient and tidy when he comes for our annual fireplace clean and check. Making my appt was easy and appreciated the call for arrival time and a texted photo!

Philip did an amazing job diagnosing and repairing our gas fireplace issue. He is top notch and would give him higher than five stars if we could!

Quickly fixed our fireplace. We were a fairly distant service call that had previously had someone local attenpt to repair our fireplace with no success. Very professional and successful on our repairing our concern. Philip was great!

Kohles & Bach have been semi-annually servicing my Lennox HVAC system ever since they installed it ~10 years ago. The service techs have always done a very commendable job of keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The two times that it needed a minor repair, they fully explained the issue to my satisfaction and definitely did not even attempt to up-sell me on anything. I especially want to give props to Service Tech Sherrill James. Sherrill is a knowledgeable worker and an honest man. Kohles & Bach, if you are reading this, give the man a raise. Or at least buy him lunch. :)

Sherrill is has been my service guy the last 2 or 3 times. Knowledgeable, thorough. I will continue with Kohles and Bach because I trust him. Thank you.
Also when calling to schedule the ladies/lady is also very friendly.

Garrett did a great job checking my furnace. He was very professional and thorough. I have never had bad service from Kholes and Bach.

I had a blower installed in my gas fireplace. Phillip was prompt, friendly, and went over every aspect of the fireplace with us and made sure we understood how the fan operated and how to adjust it. He was great!!!!

These people are the best! Know their stuff and always professional and get the job done leave The job site clean and neat have them back every year. I have two Gas fireplaces they run perfect highly recommend!

Fireplace repair:
Phillip was a polite and kind man with a smile like sunshine. He is a knowledgeable technician that shared future maintenance schedule, the feasible longevity of the fireplace, and answered all of my questions about operation, heat distribution, bird access, etc. The fireplace area looked better after he left than when he got there. This company gets 5 stars for Phillip, an outstanding technician and for their automated customer service text bot. Kohles and Bach is going in my contact list.
