So Schaal service person Almedin Rekanovic came to my home for service agreement. This tech was top notch tech very informative of my unit and helped resolve everything I needed. I have requested him as preferred tech as he does the right job and very knowledgeable

Carter Flattebo from Schaal Heating Cooling Plumbing was fantastic! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through the issue and explain the solution in a way we could understand. Prices were very reasonable, and it was clear he put in a lot of hard work to get the job done. What really stood out was how on top of things Carter was - he didn't just fix the problem, he made sure everything was good to go. We're really glad we got him to come out and take care of things. Highly recommend!

My most recent “plumbing” installation experience with SCHAAL’s heating cooling plumbing services involved 3 separate visits to my home, 3 scheduling phone agents, and 3 technician employees over approximately 1 month to satisfactorily repair a shower leak problem I had.

All of the above “sounds” like a lot and, to some extent, IT WAS.

Nonetheless, so far, after about 2 weeks of shower use beyond the FINAL “fix” completed by assigned service technicians I can state I’m pleased and satisfied with the installation and operational solution for my shower leak problem by Schaal’s in-house as well as contractual service workers. My rating in middle for this experience would have been about a = 3 and 1/2. However, given the professionalism and diagnostic skills of SCHAAL employee JONATHAN VAN my satisfaction rating of the overall quality of services received for this project IS 5.

Really appreciated the thorough, patient descriptions of the work that would be done as part of my maintenance agreement, and then the good reports after the maintenance visit was done. Schaal's employees have always been on time, courteous and friendly.

Chris did an excellent job diagnosing the problems with my furnace, walking me through each individual issue, and giving me acceptable steps and options to get things fixed. He was very helpful and I appreciate his service.

Schaal and Larry R. were great to work with! He did a very nice job helping us get our radon fan set up. Even though his other appointments went long during the day he was willing to stay late to make sure we still had our project taken care of. Will definitely be using Schaal again and I hope Larry is the one to come out and help us!

Every individual I have worked with has been kind and helpful. They offer great service, well above and beyond standards. They all seem to care about me as the customer and as a person. The price is fantastic and the service is easy. The technicians make sure that I understand what they're doing every step of the way. Top notch. I will always use Schaal for all my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs!

I can't say enough great things about Schaal. Graham and Zach went above and beyond in our home and even noticed things that we weren't aware of, like a leaky pipe and a missing cap on a roof exhaust. On top of that, their communication was outstanding. They explained the details and answered our questions every step of the way. The process was seamless, very thorough, and they were friendly! Definitely go with Schaal for your heating, plumbing, and cooling needs!

Although would've liked prices to be a bit lower.......had a very good experience in communicating with the company. Tovar was exceptional....did a great job ........communicated well and was very knowledgeable. He was honest and professional and resolved the immediate problem. I would definitely choose him to work on drain issues in future.

Larry was professional,knowledgeable, and friendly. He thoroughly assessed and confirmed the issues. He was able to resolve all issues. As a result, we feel safe and secure in our home.

Jordan at Schaal did a great job. He showed up on short notice, figured out my particular situation and how he was going to get it done (multi-unit condo) and then got it done quickly. He did a great job.

We lost heat at our house in Perry sometime during the night. I noticed it when I got up the next morning. I called Schaal’s Plumbing and Heating. They put us on their emergency list to be checked out. Scott Olson from Schaal’s showed up the next day. Scott diagnosed the problem as a worn out combustion blower motor. He also performed a complete inspection of the furnace and showed me the pictures of what he found and explained to me all of our options for the future. Since it was a Saturday, Scott made arrangements to travel back to the Des Moines area to pick up the part needed for the repair and return to replace it. Moments later our heat was restored. Scott was courteous and extremely helpful. We will definitely be using their services in the future!

Ammar, was wonderful and very professional. He was knowledgeable and did an excellent job! The price was quite high for a faucet installation but he had no control on pricing.

Matthew and his partner Caliber did an awesome job. They were both showed expertise in what they were doing. They work well together and have a great system. They cleaned up afterwards and kept the place clean throughout their 5 hours they were here. I would highly recommend these two to do a job like this for anybody.

Super fast assistance! Also, quality humans. As a female I would truly have no idea if they were being honest or just wanted my money. They 100% had the opportunity to sell me an expensive solution I did not need. Instead they came back and tried a different solution for a small fee compared to what I thought we would have to do. Very honest business with trustworthy & kind humans doing their work!

Mack, was the technician sent to my home to investigate an anomaly with my AC. He was very polite and professional. His attention to detail, and knowledge were impressive. Mack answered numerous questions I had with patience. His knowledge and professionalism are uncommon in a world where “just get in and out quickly” are the norm. Mack helped me to understand my system better and his professionalism and knowledge led me to trust that this company would care for this important system in my home to the utmost. I signed up for a maintenance agreement and feel confident that I will not be disappointed. Thank you, Mack, for caring.

Our Schaal service man was great! He was very informative and a truly nice guy! I would highly recommend him! He also treated our home like he would his own! I hope he comes back to our home on our next service call!!!! His name was Mack Smith! A really nice man!

Excellent Experience! Ryce came out on a very cold Saturday to replace our hot water heater! Such a good experience! If there was a rating higher than FIVE, he’d get it! So “Call Schaal Ya’ll!
