Rather disappointed in this company. Used them last year and thought about canceling them when they hit our wires to our outside lights and lied and said they didn’t but it was caught on camera. Didn’t make a big deal out of it. They were only consistent on making sure they got paid. We decided to give them another shot this season. I called to schedule a service 3 days in a row left messages and finally sent an email. Luke finally
Called and we discussed the services. One required me to be there to discuss plans and one did not. He said Monday or Tuesday but never gave a time. They randomly showed up and I wasn’t home. They didn’t do the other service: I called to reschedule and ask why the service wasn’t done. No call back days later. Definitely canceling and finding someone who can at least call someone back. Wouldn’t recommend -
