Daiken mini splits are junk and so is Gilbert's service. Have to run dehumidifier with unit. They say this is acceptable. They threw all new parts at it still same thing. So there must be a problem. Lead me along just far enough till labor was no longer included. Gilbert said they could keep throwing parts at it if I pay labor. Also Daiken rep was done with their warranty. Waisted 5000.00. Wish I would've bought a diy unit.

Someone came and said we'd have to get a whole new heater. Someone from Gilbert Home Comfort came and found two split wires, replaced them and got the heat back on that afternoon. Absolutely recommend.

Also, my car was stuck in the snow when he showed up and he helped me out.

I've always had good luck with Gilbert's. I've used them from doing A/C and plumbing at my personal residence. I purchased a commercial building and had them install a new A/C and Furnace, all the electrical for my tanning salon, and plumbing for a new bathroom. Always quick to respond and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

I sought estimates for the removal and replacement of our 20- year old residential (in attic) heating /AC systems. I chose Gilbert Home Comfort because I felt they were competitive, courteous, honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. Our unfinished attic was hot / cramped; they had to build a wooden walkway, removed our old systems, brought our new systems up to code, stayed on budget with no surprises, and our new systems passed all required tests making us eligible for substantial rebates from our power company. This company is full of experts in their industries. We put up a new commercial building and they handled the plumbing, electrical, spray foam insulation, and HVAC. Everything functions as expected and they did well with the budget. They were professional and courteous at all times. I can be a bit of a high maintenance customer, asking a lot of questions etc. They were extremely patient and helpful. I plan to use them for some residential work at some point as well. This is a good honest company, ran by good honest people.

Well Keeton Gilbert just left after working on my furnace. So helpful, just kept asking questions about what was going on…. Like a seasoned diagnostician, used the same question asked different ways to see if I might come up with another piece of info that would help. Took his time, very considerate. I was so impressed! Showed up a couple months after I initially called, so wasn’t there when they showed up. I had them do the work and send me a bill. Got the bill in the mail today (7/28)and paid it within a few hours of receiving it and they tacked on a late fee. When I asked why because I got the bill today, the lady didn’t care and still charged a late fee.

Great company! Came the same day I called and the service techs were the best. Explained as they went along. Please call them the next time you have a problem.
