Unfortunately I found this guy Jim in google search. He claimed he was a master plumber but not masterful at all. Jim came to install our new bathtub, route the water lines for the unit and install the vanity sink faucets. For approximately 8 hours spread out into 3 days he did is work. But he left me holding the bag when he didn't install the shower head and faucets to the bathtub/shower unit. I felt he was over priced costing me $1100.00. When I was finally able to get a REAL plumber out her he informed me the valve that turns on and off the water was to high. Also he used plastic pipes which are illegal in Omaha, NE for code. So to have the piping mistake reversed from plastic to copper as well as installing the fittings he cost me an additional $400.00. DO NOT USE, YOU WILL REGRET USING HIM.

Jim was sent to my home by American Home Shield. He did a great job taking the time to do the repairs. He was great with communication sent me text messages when he would be at my home and even called when he was on his way. Jim kept us in the loop to what the issue was and how was going to fix it. He is the best company around and I will hire him for future work in my home.

Jacub and Matt did a great job with our furnace and A/C install. They were very courteous and pleasant to talk with about how the install was coming along. Jacub took the time to assess the duct work in another part of the house because I was concerned about heat loss. No complaints. Very happy experience overall!

Furnace quit working over night and Loftus wasted no time to get my furnace up and running again. Very honest, professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for HVAC needs.

Loftus is the best! We called them at 8:15 AM on a Friday and they were at our place before 11. Nick was quick to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. We are so lucky to have them in Harrison County.

My heat pump is only 5 and 1/2 years old. I had Loftus come in last year. Which means unit was only 4 and 1/2 years old. They claimed it was a faulty compressor then. The young man stood there for 10 minutes just looking at the unit before he even did anything, took over an hour lunch. I got charged to remove Freon then put freon in. And then I got charged double hours because one person can't put a compressor in by themselves that they needed two people. The unit has been loud ever since, and today I woke up to a hellacious noise once again. At this rate I can be paying for a whole new unit in another year. My last unit was 35 years old before I needed to replace it.

We were extremely stressed out our heat pump of course went the hottest weekend of the year. We called Loftus out of Logan. Not only was the lady who answered the phone extremely nice! We can't say enough about our Technician Nick. Not only was he fast precise he was very informative. I learned more about our system in a half hour than I ever have on Google. The guy had patience of a Saint all the questions I lofted his way! Thanks Loftus we are now sitting here cooling off. Lastly the repair cost less than expected.
