2 weeks ago my furnace broke. I shopped around and a friend suggested I call Hunter Lane over at Milo. I have been busy at work and wanted to make sure I was happy before reviewing. Price, installation, cleanup all as agreed. I am 100% satisfied. Will use this company again.

Called Air-Track to check my propane furnace as it was acting strangely last spring. Turned out all that was wrong was my thermostat needed batteries. Mr. Lane could not have been nicer. I am so happy to have met him and will always call him for any problem with my furnace or air conditioner.

If you ever need your HVAC or AC worked on, an inspection, or just need a quote this guy is the one to call. We have used him for our home and was completely satisfied. He is honest, will not just hang parts, he will show you what is wrong with your unit if there is an issue, and didn’t have to wait weeks for him to show up. Then on Friday evening, my son called. He’s in the process of selling his house. The buyer had someone do an inspection but wasn’t certified in HVAC systems, so they wanted my son to have someone certified to come out. My son, being under time constraints was stressing out. I called Hunter at AirTrac Heating & Cooling. He showed up Saturday morning at 10am. He went through everything with my son, reassured him everything was good. Sent a report for him to pass on to the buyers. If you want someone that is honest, knowledgeable/certified, and feel 100% confident that things are done right, he truly is the guy to call. Thank you Hunter!
