Absolutely fantastic service! Affordable and honest - they came in to look at my dryer and gave me my options (repair at $350 or replace at $175), then went out of their way to make sure the used dryer they brought me worked before bringing it. The appliance was clean on arrival, properly installed, and ready to go within 30 minutes of when they arrived. Will definitely be utilizing them again!

We had our Samsung dryer break down, and we wanted to go with a long trusted appliance brand that is easier to repair than Samsung. We ended up with very basic Maytag appliances and decided to replace our washer at the same time. They got our new set to us pretty quickly, and offered to get us a temporary dryer if ours didn't come in soon enough! It made me so glad we went here instead of Lowe's like we did last time as no chain is going to loan out a dryer. We'll go back for future appliances needs.

Great service. Always courteous and always quick when a repair is needed. I recently purchased a new gas range from Henderson and am very happy with all aspects of the process, from selecting the range to installation.

Horrible service and communication!! Started Feb 28 when we needed refrigerator repair. They replaced two sets of tubing twice ( thinking the new one was faulty). When that didn’t work, he said he was dumbfounded and would call Whirlpool. Haven't heard a word from them since mid April. They dropped us like a rock. I was patient with them and we still got burned. I would never ever recommend them for anything!!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. We have reached out 10-12 times and always get the "let me check my schedule & I will get back to you" line. This has been over a 2 1/2 month period. If your needing an appliance looked at or repaired, I wouldn't waste your time.

Sadly, Google found my call to Henderson’s because it has been 4 weeks without my dishwasher. And due to a vacation there will be no repair this week either. They seem competent yet slow. Gave them 4 stars in hopes they see this, want the 5 and find a qualified tech to finish the job early this week. (Parts are available and ship quickly so that’s not the delay.)
