Constraction reviews in Norwalk, Iowa

Action was wonderful to work with. I filled out the online estimate request and was contacted by Alyssa in their office within a day. They were out with a very reasonable quote within the week and only a few weeks out for service. They wrapped our windows, repaired our wood siding and did several repairs to our soffits. We're very happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone!

Action did an excellent job. I had 2 other companies come out to look at doing the repair and implied they would do the work. Neither one of them ever followed up or return a text or email. Action came out and inspected the damage. They told us they would send us a bid to do the work and within 2 days they sent out the bid and 2 weeks later the job was done. This is what I call service and how it should be done. I would recommend this company highly.
Thanks to Albert and the team for a job well done !

I got a little too close to the overhang with the RV and crushed the seamless gutter along the front of our house. I contacted Action Roofing. They sent out an estimator, sent an estimate, got an electronic signature and performed the work all within about a week and I never did see anyone - completely contactless! I did call them back out to reseal a joint which again they completed promptly. I was happy to work with a local company and very pleased with the results. I would most definitely call them again if I need their services (but hopefully, won’t have to)

The work crew was great! Always answered questions. Kept the work area clean and were very courteous. Rosario, as the crew leader, was always ready to discuss any questions or concerns. We were even visited by the owner, Albert, who was as pleasant as everyone else.

Over charged. My house is in worse shape now then before the replacement of siding and gutters.
It needs to be re-done. $9600 to fix and $13400 to redo the mess they did. This company is asking for more money. My siding is falling apart. This is the end result of there work. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
It's been a nightmare!

Initial roofing services were completed several years ago in an efficient, timely, and in fact, excellent sense of workmanship. The follow up, including maintenance if necessary, and any troubleshooting has been able to be completed without delays. Not to mention the fact that this is a very cohesive family team.
I would highly recommend them and would use only their service in the future. Two bad they don’t do plumbing , Kitchen, remodels, landscaping,…
:-)

I had an excellent experience with Action Roofing and Construction. Their expertise and exemplary customer service exceeded my expectations! Everyone I interacted with, whether on the phone or in person, were very friendly and helpful. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend considering them for your next project!

Loved these guys. They were honest, reasonable prices, did great work and did it according to established time line. When something didn't seem quite right, they were quick to assess and make necessary adjustments. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Great company to work with. Fast and reliable.

Drivers were good to work with and showed up on time

Great company to work with, good rates and skilled operators. I use them for both work and personal excavation/hauling.

Very great service. Was there when he said he would be. He even drove to my backyard for me! The only thing I would change is the billing process. One order I did by check which took a while to clear.. the one I did by card, i got a multiple bill after so that was confusing

Their truck through a rock off of its load and broke my wife's windshield I told them the time it happened where it happened and their license plate number, 963 NEK, and they said it must of been a piece of mud from the road because our load was secure. But that's funny since there was nothing covering their gravel in the back of their truck. If their the kind of people that will lie and not be responsible, what kind of business can they be.

Drivers do not seemed to be concerned about anyone but themselves. Had I started when the light turned green at 86th and NW 70th Ave this morning, I would be in the hospital or dead. Never once heard the tire noise from their truck change or the air brakes apply and appeared to be speeding at that point. While a company can do outstanding work, a black eye from a serious accident can tarnish it all. We all have timelines to meet, do not put others at serious risk for a profit.

Working with David G from start to finish was easy. Communicating about what to expect, and the best ways to approach the most common/ likely barriers most of us are
likely to run into, with our own insurance companies was significant!!
He personally made sure that my home was protected from any further damage by placing a tarp over an area with the most wind damage to secure from the rain, while the process was underway. He took the time to document the existing damage well, and when the siding project began, the crew worked together efficiently and delivered an end result that increased the value of my home for years to come!

Adam is very knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommend this company for remodeling.

Adam and crew from High Caliper installed a gas fireplace insert and other miscellaneous plumbing, painting, tile work, and electrical in a recently purchased residence. His team was professional, timely, clean, and friendly. Cost estimates and change orders were reasonable. Would definitely use again.
