NSS aerated two acres of hilly grassland/ lawn around my home, and they did an outstanding job! The young man who operated the aerator was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I will definitely call them for my future lawn care needs.

Great people to work with -- Show up on time, as promised, excellent results, and priced affordably- Do yourself a favor and give them a shot, at any projects outside your home.

We have used Clayton and his team for both our primary residence and rental property. They have done a great job of maintaining both as well as vastly improving the yard health/appearance of the rental property. I can trust that when we are out of town, they will take care of what needs done and provide great value for the cost.

NWSS was hired to apply various chemical applications, recommended by them, to our lawn.. They professionally provided these services for a couple of years with no issues. Last year they applied a chemical that completely destroyed our lawn. And our neighbor's lawn as well. Both yards have to be re-sodded in the Spring. The owner admitted responsibility immediately. And promised to repair our lawns. It has now been over 4 months and the owner is refusing to honor his word. We are now in litigation. Mistakes like this happen. And taking responsibility to correct the damage is the right thing to do. Thinking you can ignore your customers, like NWSS has done, will only get you reviews like this. And the opportunity to be heard in court!

Love my services from this amazing local company. The team is always engaged, helpful and courteous. My lights look amazing and even when the weather took out my awesome wreath they got it fixed and back up in no time.

UPDATE: I had a productive phone call with Clayton today (30 Dec 25). He acknowledged the opportunities that NSS has going forward. He did express a sincere apology for what was a simple fix in the beginning that later became a much bigger issue than it needed to be, which I appreciated very much. While growth is a good thing it is important that along with that the core of any business must remain strong and he acknowledged this as well. My hope for him and his team is that they will address the opportunities and come back better and stronger than what I experienced. I wish nothing but the best for them in the future.

It's tough writing this review as we had subscribed to NSS services for multiple years, but this last year services have significantly dropped off. We used to get notifications of when someone would be out ahead of schedule as promised. That never happened this year. We used to have the same guy (Fred) every time stop and say hi and let us know what was applied and provide any recommendations. Very personable and professional. Now it has never been the same guy twice and one of the guys that came out demanded we open the back gate for him. He had nothing identifying him as a NSS employee nor did he identify himself as such. After multiple phone calls with Ann at NSS and promises of follow up to resolve issue follow up never happened so we ultimately fired NSS. We received our final application and then 3 months later someone randomly shows up and is applying material to my lawn. No surprise no phone call that someone would be out so I asked the guy why he was here and he said Clayton sent him. I asked why because they had been fired months ago and asked him to have Clayton call me. Will wait and see if I get a call. I'm not holding my breath. It's like they are too busy to care about what they promised or simply do not care to follow up as promised. I would think twice about considering NSS.

My experience working with Norwalk Seasonal has been great! From snow removal to lawncare, they have surpassed my expectations and provided fast, reliable services. Ann has been a huge help getting everything set up and answering any questions I have!

We used to have really good service with Norwalk seasonal services but I don't know what happened lately. It's not so much about their lawn Care or plowing services but about their actual customer service. When you call in, you get a receptionist who knows absolutely nothing about your account and can't access it. What good she is. I'm not really certain. She takes a message and absolutely no one gets back to you. We're moving to another area of the city and no longer need our services and we've been trying to get our money back as we prepaid our services in advance which included 10 plows we have not used. We accidentally paid for lawn Care for the upcoming 2026 year which was reimbursed to us twice once by check and once by direct deposit. As they owed us for for the plowing, we did not return the double payment as they owed more than the amount of the double payment. We are still trying to get our money back and we've been told that the owner will give us a call back but that was more than a week ago and still no call. Today it snowed and we still have an ongoing contract with them and they still have our money. Contractually they should have shown up today and plowed our driveway and shovel our walkways but they didn't. As they still have the balance of our money they would still be legally obligated to fulfill their duties. When I called this morning to discuss it I again got the supposed receptionist who can't access our accounts and of course would pass on our information to who knows who who does nothing and doesn't call us back. I am absolutely sick and tired of dealing with this pathetic company and will be calling the Better Business bureau about the lack of cooperation I have been receiving. Do not prepay your services with this company. Really consider who you're doing business with. It seems like they don't know how to do their bookkeeping or conduct proper business. I should also mention that we've always paid on time and been good customers for several years now. We definitely didn't deserve this treatment.

4 Seasons is awesome! They cleaned and trimmed our yard. Our lawn looks better than it has ever looked. Their response was prompt and completed the job promptly. Every one of the employees was kind and were really hard workers. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Norwalk Seasonal Service did an amazing job designing and building our backyard oasis! They were great to work with in the design process, really listening to how we would use the space. Their team executed the plan well and even suggested improvements as they completed the work. A minor detail, but I was so appreciative of how well they cleaned up at the end of each day! Clayton has been very helpful in answering all the questions we’ve had as the work progressed. We absolutely love our new back yard and would work with NSS again!

The team with Creative Nature did a wonderful job turning the sloped side of our fence line from an eyesore into a beautiful planting area (check out the before and after). Clayton was a wonderful contact person- I always knew what was happening and even when there were hiccups, they worked to get them resolved in a timely manner. The entire crew was awesome- they even left our gravel path better than when the project started. We were able to get this project done from quote to finished product in just a few weeks which was amazing. Highly recommend and will be using in the future for more projects!

We had the lighting at our home updated and some new fixtures added. Would highly recommend Lighting Bug. Service was prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. We are very pleased with the results!

I put in landscape lighting. they had every thing installed in one day. the landscape lights are great. no wires showing. the timer is great. set it once and done. numerous options available with the timer. if you need any type of lighting , I would highly recommend Lighting Bug.
