While I have not yet had the opportunity to have Chance perform a job for me, his other work in the past has been phenomenal. This is a guy who has a very high attention-to-detail and is a hard worker.

Diamond Clean did an amazing job at our house down in Cumming, IA. He did a full exterior soft wash and power wash, gutter/trim clean, and interior windows. Also focusing on three covered porches/decks with high ceilings that really needed a lot of love.

Chance did a really detailed job, and everything is now shining like new. I researched a few different companies, and Chance had the best communication, upfront and best pricing, and even came for a pre-walk to make sure he was doing exactly what we wanted. Plus, he’s just a nice and trustworthy guy which made us feel comfortable having him in and around our home.

We are very happy clients of his now for life. After learning his name, I for sure think his slogan should be “Take a chance with Chance at Diamond Clean, you’ll be happy you did!”
