We had our air conditioner go down on the hottest day of the year so far and they came out at after 8pm on a Friday night to take care of us. Johnson’s has always been able to take care of us with every heating and cooling issue we have ever had. We appreciate you and your team.

Boyd and his crew installed a new furnace and central air conditioning in our house 13 years ago and his service/product has been excellent since. If he doesn't have a part for an emergency job he will drive up to Des Moines and get it. He takes care of his customers.

We were having trouble with our central air unit freezing up. Called 2 other places and they said it was fine, nothing wrong with it. After talking to some of our coworkers they said the used Johnson's. Called them and they came over checked the system and said we were low on freon. They put some freon in, worked on the system itself and it has worked better now more than ever before. They have fast professional, courteous service and very knowledgeable service guys. They are now our go to folks for heating and cooling issues!

I called late yesterday bc our ac stopped working. They were here this morning and it working in no time. And it didn’t cost an arm and a leg!! Super nice as well! I highly recommend Johnson Heating & AC!!

AC went out in the middle of the night. Called first thing in the morning and left a voicemail. They called back within 15 minutes. They were able to come out to the house and fix the problem. From the moment I called, to them finishing up the job was approx. 1 hour. Price was fair. Fantastic service!

Excellent customer service! Shane was super helpful and thorough with the estimate and explaining what was needed. The girl in the office (sorry I can’t remember the name) was very nice as well. They were very quick to respond to the service call being outside. Absolutely recommend!
