I had a great experience. He came in, found out what was wrong but had to go back to his shop to get the part. Came back in reasonable time and finished. My son was asking questions about what he was doing and Mr. Newman gladly answered his questions. Will be spreading the word!!

I figured I would be dropping off my dryer to be picked up in a few days, but when I got there he got to work immediately diagnosing the problem. He knew right where to look and had me fixed and on my way in about a half an hour. You'd better bet I'll be coming to him for any future appliance repair needs.

If I could give a -☆ rating I would. Called him up and then got a text back, we agreed that he would come out on Friday June 9th between 11 and 4 to fix my Samsung washing machine. He was a no show and never contacted me back and would respond to calls or texts. My wife stayed at home waiting for this jackwagon. Our time is valuable just like his and this is not how you treat your customers.

I I got a hold of him because everyone says how great he is. I had a sensor going out on my fridge so the compressor wasn't working. He said he'd be here between 1:00 and 3:00. He never showed up. I text and said at 5:00 are you still coming? At 6:30 I finally got a response back that said not tonight maybe tomorrow. Not again. Now I have to move everything to the front to the basement to the fridge and freezer hopefully I have room.
