Reviews of local pros in Pella, Iowa

Stacy is very easy to work with. She is trustworthy and honest and her attention to detail is like no other. She goes above and beyond every time. I wouldn’t want anyone else cleaning for me. She is highly recommended.

Stacy started off great. She was friendly. She was on time, and cleaned everything well and efficiently. The longer she worked here the worse she got. Arrived late, missed cleaning offices, made excuses to come in another day, and she was always rushing through everything she did. She developed an attitude with some of the employees. We were very disappointed.

I do love coming home on the days Stacy has been there, she does a very thorough cleaning. I also appreciate her flexibility with my unpredictable schedule.

Stacey is a wonder to work with! She has a great attitude and is always willing to get whatever I need done. So glad I decided to go with Pella Home Team. Would 100% recommend!

Found Stacy back in July. We are remodeling and the house gets covered in dust every week. We use Stacy on an on call basis depending on what's happening with construction. She's basically here every 2-3 weeks. It's so nice to come home to a sparkling kitchen and clean bathrooms! She even took care of our dog when we were on a short vacation. We're glad we found her.

I’ve used so many local cleaning services and Stacy with Pella home team is the most efficient and affective cleaning lady ever. Not only clean, but it feels clean and fresh like I just moved in. She is so friendly and easy to work with. She is kid and pet friendly. I have 4 kids, a cat and dog. She worked well with and around them. I highly recommended her for any of your cleaning needs. 5 stars across the board!! Pella home team is the best cleaning service by far!!!

Service Review: Deep Cleaning by Pella Home Team
The deep cleaning service provided by the Pella Home Team for our newly purchased property exceeded expectations.

Stacey, with Pella Home Team, was exceptionally prompt in meeting me at the property. The initial assessment was thorough, and I particularly valued her honest and upfront approach to pricing. She clearly outlined the scope of work necessary for a property requiring a post-purchase deep clean and provided a transparent quote with no hidden fees. This level of clarity is genuinely appreciated, and established a strong sense of trust from the outset.

The team arrived on time on the scheduled date and executed the deep cleaning with meticulous attention to detail. Areas that were of particular concern—including kitchen appliances, cabinets, and bathroom grout—were handled expertly. The difference in the property's cleanliness before and after the service was remarkable, making the space immediately move-in ready.

The entire process, from initial contact to completion, was seamless. Working with a transparent and reliable team as the Pella led by Stacey, made what could have been a stressful few weeks significantly easier. I would highly recommend their services to anyone requiring professional and high-quality cleaning.

Heather from Mama Maids in Pella IA. Cleaned my house today 8-13-45 . She did an excellent job . I have no complaints about anything! She also was very friendly!

It was so nice to come home to a clean home and be able to relax. Everyone I have interacted with has been over-the-top nice. They didn't make me feel bad about my dirty house. They just showed up and cleaned. This was my first time hiring a maid service, and it was fantastic!!! Thank you, Mama Maids!!!

Thank you for the excellent house cleaning service. Everything was done with care and attention to detail, and the place looks and feels noticeably fresher. I appreciate your professionalism,

The girls did an excellent job. Very happy with the results.

I had so much going on with moving and getting married, so I had Mama Maids come deep clean my apartment for me. They worked with my schedule, fit me in on my timeline, and did a fantastic job! The place looked amazing. I got my security deposit back, and my friend who moved in after me said it couldn’t have been cleaner.
