Good and fast!

This man goes by the name Isaac and is in the Ft. Myers, FL area. He came and quoted my job and asked for 50% down. I gave him $1100 and he disappeared. I have been flagging his ads on Criagslist and found another person there that he also scammed. As of today 3/29/2023 has is going by Elite Plumbing from Lee County FL.

I have had Pipe Monkey do a couple different projects for me. This last one was fixing a busted pipe. They have always been reliable to. Their pricing is great and have been professionals each time we have used them.

Had a great experience with Pipe Monkey Plumbing! They were on time, professional, and our technician was very good at explaining what problems he found. They were upfront about cost prices were very reasonable! I will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing needs!

Best plumbing company in Des Moines. We will never use anyone else. Had a clogged drain for 3 weeks had 2 other companies come before PipeMonkey that told me we need to replace our plumbing in our wall that it had solidified.

Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, clean and quick service. Our garbage disposal was leaking, called Sunday and they were here before 10am on Monday and completed repair. This is the 3rd time we have used Pipe Monkey for repairs and they are our "Go to plumber"

Brandon was friendly, honest, and a true professional. I had no reservations of leaving my home to run a couple errands while Brandon completed work on my bathtub faucet. He is trustworthy and respectful.

These guys are truly astounding! When 3 other companies said the only solution to our problem pipe was to rip up the concrete floor or excavate the back yard, Ryan said he could fix the problem without all that - and he did!! On top of that, he took care of all of our plumbing issues in one visit! Ryan and all of his guys were punctual, professional, and so great at communicating! I can't recommend Ryan and his crew enough!! You can have confidence your problem will be handled the right way, at a fair price, and in a very professional manner. Thank you guys so much!!!

Teresa was friendly and pleasant. She kept me informed and she called back once the job was done. The plumber was professional and pleasant, not only did he fix my problem he also cleaned up behind himself and this is why I recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Ryan was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He took great care to prevent messes (booties over his shoes when walking through the house, plastic on the walls.). He was able to get the sewer drain cleared, which another company had been unsuccessfully trying to do for two weeks. He even cleaned up the area when done. I would definitely call him if the need ever arises again.

Had a leak at water meter. Promptly came and fixed the problem. Michael explained what needed to be done and done all repairs. Cleaned the area up and left no mess. Called at 7:30 a.m. was there by 9:30 and finished very quickly. Had to have a new valve replaced. Economically very well priced on repairs. I will recommend their services to anyone

I got to say this is the best experience I have had period with any company. Ryan came out and checked out my sewer line issue and explained what he would do for the project and had a very reasonable quote. Then when he came back to do the work every day he went over and beyond what I had expected working long hours to get my very long 250+ feet sewer line replaced. As the project went on his perseverance and positive attitude made the project fun. I learned so much from Ryan he was so knowledgeable and able to change gears on the spot without hesitation when circumstances changed. The modern equipment and tools he uses during the project made every piece of the project go so much smoother keeping me confident in the work being done. He is the type of guy that has a tool ready for everything. The day he left hated to let him go my property looks better than when he got here.

Very prompt customer service via phone to schedule and in-person. The technician installed a new garbage disposal to replace one that was not repairable. He was extremely careful and thoughtful regarding Covid procedures (including wearing a mask and wiping down everything touched - including my credit card) as well as wearing booties inside the home to protect the floor. I had taken items out from underneath the sink to make installation easier, the technician replaced everything before leaving. Very good experience from beginning to end, I would use them again.

We've used these guys for a while now, each time they've been great. Recently we've had some issues with our floor drain backing up in the basement. Ryan and Mike have been out a few times for it and were great. Ryan was very patient with me and explained everything so I could understand the problem. They were always on time and stayed until the job was done properly. They even stayed and helped me rip up the carpet that had water damage which is above and beyond. Very professional would highly recommend! Also there office manager Nikki is very friendly:) all around just a great company!

Brandon helped us address a water pressure issue and we couldn't have been more impressed with him. He was incredibly thorough and professional and went above and beyond to investigate our issue. Brandon did an excellent job with the repair of my water heater. Before he left, I asked if he could show me how to relight the pilot light if I ever needed. He took the time to explain and demonstrate how it was done. Would highly recommend!

Im a divorced mom and just bought a house and knew nothing about waterheaters. Brandon was awesome. He explained everything to me (not in plumbing terms) never pressured me into things I didn't need. They were really nice and quick. I called Wednesday and had an appointment for Monday, but they were able to squeeze me in Friday morning. The technician was awesome and worked in the rain the get my main fixed. I was expecting it to be much more expensive to get it fixed, but it wasn't too bad.
