Cade was absolutely flawless from his prompt arrival, his knowledge and thoroughness for my fall preventative maintenance on my HVAC system. He greeted me with a smile, went straight to work and had an exceptional work ethic, which is hard to come by from many this day and age. He explained everything he did and wished me a pleasant day. He is definitely one to keep around to showcase the type of people you employ that exceed expectation and represent the Jones Mechanical name. Thank you Cade! Tremendous job!!!

Water heater went out. Jones Mechanical responded quickly by sending Chance out. Chance replaced the water heater in a very timely manner. Josh was professional and nice in his response. I have not seen any issues with the install at the time of this review.

I am part-time maintenance at an apartment complex! I had left several messages with another company but they were a no call no show, so after a week of waiting, I finally got ahold of Jones Mechanical and they gave me a time of 11 am to 1 pm! Awesome that they actually showed up about 945 am! Fixed removed and replaced the toilet and unclogged the sewage line! No complaints for me!

Chase arrived on time, introduced himself and went right to work . He was very professional and polite, answering my many questions. After furnace maintenance , he assessed my home for a new ac unit and when discussing the options, I felt no pressure. I truly appreciated the time he took with me. I have to mention , he was tolerant of my pup who knows no stranger.

Called them to install a new gas line from outside to inside all the way to the furnace. technician was great and was more then okay paying for the repair paid cash on the spot $800 however when I called to get the pressure test tag that the gas company was required to turn gas on was told there new lines was not tested and that they wanted more money to come test the line. I would think for $800 you would guarantee your work or pressure test a new gas line to insure safety of your client but it was never done not amused that they don’t Pressure test or guarantee their work seems like a safety issue!

The guys at Jones are always on time. They have all been friendly and know what they are talking about. It seems they are always trying to get me to purchase some other service though. They would know what I need better than I, but would rather they let their excellent work speak for itself without giving me jiffy lube vibes sometimes.

I tried going to another plumber in Red Oak before Jones they eventually quit responding to me and didn't come out to do the work. I heard good things about Jones Mechanical so I decided to give them a call. I'm so glad I did because have never been more satisfied with a service in my life. They came out right away to do a bid for my insurance to get my service line repaired. They were amazing at communication and staying on top of everything. Jones mechanical communicated everything with my insurance. They answered every question I had and explained everything in such great detail. When parts were further out that they needed to get in they called me to let me know. Once the job was finished they checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely be going to Jones Mechanical with all of my plumbing needs.

Kevin was fantastic from start to finish. We had our shower completely replumbed and a new sink installed in the laundry room, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The service was prompt, professional, and well-organized. They were able to get us scheduled and complete the installation within the same week, which we really appreciated. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything looks and functions perfectly. Highly recommend Kevin for any plumbing needs!

If I'm quoted one price then receive a bill for a totally different price the customer has a problem with communication with tech. Totally disappointed

This place is a horrible place! They ruined our hvac system and will not return our calls or emails. We had another company come out and look at it and they couldn’t believe what they saw. Now it’s a huge mess and Allensworth keeps trying to bill us and will not fix what they messed up.

Great company installed our furnace & a/c. The guys did an awesome job and very neat & clean. Very professional.

Phil was at my house in the early afternoon and got my 20 year old AC up and running.

The Entire staff of Allensworith deserve so way more than 5 stars. They all are so professional yet friendly, and caring. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are who to call if you need prompt emergency help, or just maintance.

My A/C went out so called two different places first place said they'd send someone out but couldn't give me an ETA, time, day, week just said they'd call me. So I called allensworth they had someone out within 2 hours, then the tech followed up via text!! Amazing customer service and professionalism!!!

When we left for vacation in the middle of June, surprise our A/C stopped working. My husband quickly called Scott on our way out of town, and he assured us that he would get it up and running before our return. It wasn't something that could be fixed economically on an old unit, but Scott got us the best price he could and we had a new A/C when we got home. So nice to do business with friends!!! Purchased a new heating and air conditioning system in July from Scott. Excellent installation and set up. Installers were very friendly and polite and did an excellent job of removing the old system, cleaning up and informing us as to the operation with the Wifi enabled thermostat. They also took care of the paperwork necessary for the Mid American rebates available. I highly recommend Allensworth Heating and Cooling and Carrier equipment for your next purchase or update.
