Called this business several times in regards to my water heater leaking. They never returned my call!

They were great . Our furnace went out and it was cold temperatures . They came fast . They had to drive over 70 miles to get a part for our heater . I also had ordered a part that I knew was bad it came the same day ,but wasn't supposed to arrive for four more days and we couldn't wait to get it . They did not charge me for the visit or part that I was able to install myself . I would definitely recommend them to anyone . Thank you R$R .

I needed a spicket put in my basement. I called on Friday afternoon. They came Monday afternoon. One half hour later I had a spicket at a very reasonable charge. These guys get right to work and are not out to skin you! A++++

Not reliable, couldn't give a straight answer on when he'd be back. I had errands to run. It was like my time wasn't important! Won't recommend.

We had water backup in our basement! Called R & R in Red Oak, IA. Two men came to our house, were responsible and knowledgeable. Used a portable power snake on a 2 wheel cart. It was a clog about 15 feet under the house!
I will call them if needed in the future!

This review is from an AC/heat pump job. It was done on my house, but I was not the payer or hirer for the job since the previous owner hired R&R to do the work to allow closing on the house to continue.

R&R, from what I have heard, is a great plumbing company. But, they are not a great HVAC company.

They replaced my AC/heat pump with only an AC unit. They did not understand the HVAC setup in the house and assumed the heat pump was not needed. They did this work in early June 2024, and as the weather is getting cold, their mistakes are becoming apparent. I have no heat on my second floor.

As we were getting the work done in June, they were incredibly poor at communication. There were no words on when they were coming to do the work. And, their receptionist was curt and bordering on rude.

I do not recommend R&R for HVAC. But, I've heard they're good at plumbing.

My mother hired these guys to fix a washer hookup. The guys ordered the part and said they would be out the next day when the part came in. Next day they said they had an "emergency" and would come the following Tuesday (this was a Friday). Come Tuesday, no call no show. Called the office and receptionist said they had an "emergency". Ten days later and they still have not shown up and still have not communicated or returned my calls. Horrible customer service and will never do business again.

Had my shower handle break off while using the shower. They were out right away to get it fixed. Thank you for quickly coming over and fixing my shower!!
