Great experience with them fixing my washing machine - the guy who came was super nice, explained everything to me very well, and was very knowledgeable. It turned out I didn’t need an expensive part and he showed me how to fix the problem if it ever happened again. 30 day warranty is an added bonus. Would absolutely call them again if I have appliance issues and I’d recommend them to anyone.

After calling others with slow, or no response, we called South West and we're pleased to hear a pleasant professional response. They were out to our house the next morning. Converted our new stove to propane. Very professional,and knowledgeable. Great Job.!

I called 3 appliance repair places in SW Iowa before I found one who would repair my Samsung washer that was only a few years old. Not only did SWI Appliance get it fixed quickly, the were not hard on the checkbook. He also suggested a model of washing machine that might better suit our needs with dirty farm clothes.

I needed an electrician to check and make sure my garage was wired correctly. Jaylon was glad to come check it for me. He came back the next day and put the correct breaker and wire in. It's nice to have someone who knows the codes and that I can trust to get the job done correctly.

Why on earth would you wait three or four months for a legacy electrician to come give you a quote and then make you think that their company is doing you a favor by offering you their services. Jaylon Koehn is a young guy who welcomed customers. Not only is he a talented electrician, but he has a very strong work ethic and he is appreciative of all work.

Did an amazing job. The finish work was perfect. I had a new circuit put in plug in my garage. He corrected my front garage lights, and installed my permanent lighting. I would completely recommend this company

We were having issues with our power going on and off in certain areas of our house without the breaker tripping off . And Jaylon was able to come out quickly and Look at it for us . He was very professional and polite. Very affordable price for us also .
