Came same day I called and was able to fix with parts on his truck, very knowledgeable and excellent customer service!

Their estimate was way under everyone else. One company didn't even give me one after seeing Josh's. He came at 8am, I came back from lunch around 1 and he was already done.

Josh Jones did a great job. Exactly as they said, works great and highly recommend! Stayed in budget, very helpful.

Josh is great. By the time I noticed my AC had gone out, it was after 9pm. He took our call, came out early the next morning, and had us fixed by 6:30.

If you’re looking for an amazing and honest HVAC contractor look no further. Josh is prompt professional and very knowledgeable. He was much cheaper and more experienced and efficient than 5 other companies I have had out. Much better than the bigger companies in town. Also if you’re into to supporting a small local family owned business that’s always a plus also!

We recently called Josh Jones, Priority One, for a routine inspection of our 24 year old furnace. He inserted his handy dandy lighted probe into the interior of the furnace, and showed us a crack he had found, which could have become dangerous. We, of course, had him put in a new furnace which he did promptly. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very fair priced.

He also inspected a second furnace we have in our home, and very honestly said it should be OK for several more years.

We will definitely use this "locally grown" guy and his Priority One Heating and Cooling for furnace and AC work! Beverly & Bob Merkle
