Zach and Josh were here to do an HVAC system maintenance and also do a couple of things that had previously been recommended to keep my system running at hits best. They were efficient and performed the work requested in a very timely manner. These guys are the greatest!! The cost for it all was very reasonable! All in all these guys have become my go to for anything and everything HVAC related!!

Outstanding HVAC Service!

I can’t say enough good things about Josh and Zach. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right the first time. You can tell they take real pride in their work and care about their customers. My home has never felt more comfortable, and the whole process was stress-free. If you’re looking for honest, reliable, and skilled HVAC professionals who go above and beyond, this is the team to call. We also love that they are veteran owned! I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

Josh was fantastic! Our A/C went out and he was here the same day we called to diagnose. We decided to replace our entire HVAC system (it was well past due to be replaced). Josh gave us his professional opinion on which system would work best for our home. He listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions and never once pressured us to purchase one system over the other. He was very professional and thorough. Josh stopped back about a week after our install just to see how we were liking the system and if it was working as well as we expected. Would not hesitate to call him again. He was very honest and upfront with all the information and very fairly priced.

I came home to a cold house and my furnace flashing an error code. I called Priority and I had the pleasure of talking with Zach. I explained my issue and asked if that is something that they could help me with on a Saturday evening. He said not a problem. He took down my info and he was here in under an hour. He quickly found the issue, explained what he was doing and then looked over everything and did a thorough cleaning of my furnace. I highly recommend giving them a call.

This review has been a long time coming, but very much deserved! Life has been getting in the way recently, so I apologize for our delay. I want to shine a light on Josh and Zach for helping us when WE really needed a shining light.

Back in December, when we had that first cold snap, our heater decided to die on us overnight. We immediately called a company we’ve done business with before and thought we’d have to spend over $1,000 for a part they said we needed. Instead I did my research and reached out to Priority One Heating and Cooling after hearing an ad about them on Lazer.

After explaining everything, they ordered the part and offered their services for FAR less than we were originally quoted by the first company. Not only did they completely explain everything, but they also told us the proper maintenance needed for older units like ours. Essentially, the part wasn’t the initial or main problem, but they replaced it AND they went ahead and cleaned out a lot of gunk that would freeze over whenever temps would drop, causing condensation and not allowing the heat to kick on.

They also took the time to clean out the filter and did some maintenance to an area affected even outside our house. I’m probably not explaining it correctly, but they are solid businessmen, very knowledgeable about what they do and passionate about getting things done and fixed right.

We are more than happy with their business and services and will be their customer for life! Thank you for helping us when we truly needed it and for being reasonably priced and honest. That goes a long way and we appreciate you very much! Our heater has actually never worked this well in years and we are very happy we chose Priority One! Excellent experience from start to finish. They responded quickly and were able to schedule a same-day appointment. Zach, the technician, was professional, efficient, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He completed the repair, got our heat working again, and also serviced our heating system. Pricing was very reasonable, and there was absolutely no pushy upselling or pressure to add unnecessary services. Highly recommend Priority One and Zach for any HVAC needs!

I had a lovely experience using Priority One! I was able to schedule an appointment promptly and conveniently. Zach did a great job explaining everything and I felt absolutely zero pressure in adding extras. I was actually surprised with how reasonable the costs were.
Zach was able to problem solve and diagnose, even with minimal information and did a great job fixing, cleaning, and tuning everything up!

I had an estimates done on furnace and air conditioner, Zach went through and explained everything in terms I could understand and was very thorough. The way he presented himself was so professional! The estimate was the most reasonable one I have received! I truely recommend this company for any of your heating/cooling needs!
