Have had SP perform numerous tasks for my home and business and they have always exceeded my expectations!

Good friendly place and if you need a furnace/AC unit, they do good work and they listen to what you need/want.

HAD THIS COMPANY COME TO MY HOME DID A VERY CRAPPIE JOB PUT NEW WATER TANK ON ROTTEN WOOD, ALSO USED HARD PLASTIC THAT CAUSED AN AIR LEAK WAS TOLD THAT MY PUMP WASN'T WORKING RIGHT, BOUGHT A NEW PUMP FOR $180.00
STILL WOULDN'T WORK BECAUSE PLASTIC TUBING DIDN'T SEAL TIGHT CAUSING A AIR LEAK, ALSO WHEN PLUMBER WAS DONE WITH JOB LEFT HIS MESS ON THE FLOOR.
I HAD A FRIEND HELP ME FIX THE PROBLEM
BY USING PLASTICK TUBING RATED FOR 45LB. HOOK IT UP WORKS FINE NOW.
SORRY BUT I THINK THEY SHOULD CHANGE THERE NAME TO SORRY PLUMBERS.
NEVER AGAIN. THAT'S MY OPINION .

I’m a manager of a Trailer Park and I use them all the time, they do excellent work and are very professional. I would recommend them to anybody.

This company does not follow up on service calls . Customer service is rude. Once you buy the boiler don’t expect to see them again. They didn't install some parts needed,
making it difficult to fix in the future.

I called to set up a service to mothers house in sheldon , week later i called becuse no one had showed up to get the job done , lady front desk told me we have been very busy but we will get it done, second week i called again becuse no one had show up i was told we get to it 3rd week i called ask the lady whats going going she said hold on and send me to voice mail i left a message and no call back , not sure what the issues was and the reason why they dint do the job But if they can do it becuse might be to small of job for them dont say you will , i just call a place on Hospers iowa an the lady there was very nice and will have someone tomorrow to get the job done never calling this place again or refer no one .

Very, very satisfied with the quick response from the two S&P employees. They were so knowledgeable with what they were working on. Nice too that it was after hours and I needed someone to look at our furnace that was blowing cold air! Thumbs up to these gentlemen!

They're professional, and they are very helpful with your plumbing, heating, or your cooling system needs. Even with old heating systems, they've been trained to handle them like pros that they are!

I have been communicating with Aaron regarding sewer line problems at my rental house. He and his crew have been very helpful, kind and efficient. I will be a continued customer because I trust the work being done by them! They aren’t out to price gouge me or take advantage of my situation. I would highly recommend using their services without hesitation!!!!!

We had a catastrophic water heater failure and they were very timely in obtaining and installing a quality replacement water heater. They left the worksite clean and made all proper connections with no leaks. Great job!

Made it easy to do business. Made a call for a new toilet. Told me approximately when they would have the item to install.. communicated when they were installing and when they finished. Cleaned up after finished. Would not have known they were there were it not for a shiny brand new toilet.

Literally the most professional furnace company I’ve ever had to deal with. Also incredibly good value. Highly recommend and I have recommended to a few friends that have had issues with their furnaces as well. Can’t say enough good things about Steve.
