Reviews of local pros in Slater, Iowa

I was blown away when I had my carpets cleaned by The Clean Machine. Russ took the time to explain each step of the process before he started. He was able to clean the carpet in our spare room that we thought was beyond help. It was a great surprise to walk in and see a spotless carpet! Russ was professional and easy to work with. I recommend them if I hear someone is looking for a cleaning company. We will always be a repeat customer!

I am incredibly pleased with The Clean Machine. Our carpet had seen better days but now looks practically new again! They are quick to respond to appointment requests and any other questions I had. Very courteous and great attention to detail. Will definitely call them again for our next cleaning.

I had pet stains and odor in the carpet that I needed cleaned. Russ was very nice and did a great job. Carpets look a lot better and don’t smell anymore. Highly recommend! Price was what I would expect it to be, doesn’t over charge for services. I will use his service if I need it in the future, thanks!

I always call The Clean Machine when I need some cleaning help! Russ does amazing work and always takes the time to explain the process to me. They cleaned my microfiber sectional sofa and it looks fabulous, clean and fresh. I highly recommend the service Russ provides. His rates are reasonable for the exceptional quality of service he provides. I will not hesitate to call The Clean Machine when I need carpets or upholstery cleaned in the future.

Clean Machine is my top choice for carpet, concrete, and upholstery cleaning! I appreciate that Russ is always very intentional about doing a great job. Scheduling with Mel is quick and easy - highly recommend this company!

Russ just left and I’m thrilled with my floors. The carpet looks brand new. He also cleaned my tile and grout in the kitchen and bathroom. The tile looks so much cleaner and the grout is back to it’s original color. I’ve lived in my home for 7 years and this is the first time they’ve been done. I don’t know if they have been done before. Russ is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. He was very knowledgeable and helpful by answering all my questions. I would highly recommend them to do any of your floor cleaning. Great job and totally satisfied!

We have used The Clean Machine now for both our locations. They go a wonderful job, floors look brand new when done and last more than 6 mths- we have actually gone past a year and just now showing wear. The are efficient and detail oriented at a fair price - highly recommend!!

The Clean Machine folks were wonderful to work with. Communication and scheduling were quick and efficient and our carpets turned out great. We will definitely be return customers!

I've chosen The Clean Machine for carpet and ceramic tile grout cleaning in the past. I just had them back and I was as pleased with their work as I was the previous two times I hired them. This last visit was for the carpet only and it looked like a new carpet when Russ left. Their customer service is excellent. I will continue to use The Clean Machine for floor services in the future. Thank you Melodie and Russ!

Russ does an excellent job. Our bedrooms have carpet that we had installed 24 years ago when we bought our home. They look awesome when he is finished. The carpet is clean and soft when dry, no crusty feeling. I highly recommend The Clean Machine!

Amazing service! They're a husband and wife team and the communication was over and above. The previous job took longer than expected so Russ worked overtime to make sure that he was able to complete our job the same day. He didn't leave our house til 8:30pm! Our carpets look better than ever before! Thanks so much!!

The Clean Machine did an amazing jobs on our carpets. To say we gave them a challenging job was an understatement! They really scrubbed and made them look great! The extra attention to detail and great customer service went above and beyond my expectations.

Mel and Russ are very personable, professional and efficient. We admire their expertise. Russ was very knowledgeable and thorough. They take their work seriously. Our carpet looks new after having it professionally cleaned by their company. We would highly recommend them to others.

Russ and Mel are great people to work with. They were able to get me in within a week of calling to set up an appointment. They are very professional and did an amazing job cleaning my carpet that had not been professionally cleaned for years. I will definitely be calling Clean Machine again!

I love to use small businesses when I can and when I find people like Russ and Mel it just confirms why I do. What a wonderful experience I hardly knew Russ was there. My carpets look wonderful, and the conversation was great. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

We had a great experience using the Clean Machine. When I called to schedule, Melodie was very pleasant and gave us all the pricing information for carpet cleaning and hardwood floor cleaning, and she was able to get us scheduled within the week. The morning of the appointment, Russ sent a reminder text and was here right on time. He took measurements of the areas we wanted cleaned and then reviewed pricing and provided an estimate. Russ was a pleasure to work with, and was very good about keeping us informed about how and where he was going to start and also instructions on when we could move furniture back in place. We are very pleased with the results, our carpet looks snd smells like new again and our hardwood floors look beautiful as well!

Russ and Mel did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in our recently purchased home. There were a few dark spots in the carpet and they were able to remove them all and the high traffic areas look so much better. The carpets look amazing and we couldn't be happier. Russ and Mel were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful in going through the different options they provide during a cleaning. They were very efficient and careful with their work. I felt that they were honest in what I would find value in and weren't trying to give me a sales pitch on something I didn't really need. Thank you Russ and Mel for the great work!

We just had Russ out again today (5 years after my previous review). My carpets look brand new again. You really cannot beat his work and the fact that you know who (Russ) and what (amazing service and clean carpets) you are getting each time. Still highly recommend!

I just had Russ clean our carpets and he did an amazing job! My 13 year old carpet literally looks brand new. I'm always impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail They are very friendly and super easy to work with. I like knowing I'm supporting a local business and not just a chain as well. I'll never use anyone else!

Russel and Melody We’re both fantastic to work with. Melody was able to schedule me in two days from when I called! It is nice not having to wait weeks. She was very nice and professional on the phone and walked me through all the steps up until when Russel came to my home! When he arrived he walked me through the rest of the process on his end and was more than willing to help me move furniture! You can tell they really do want your carpet to last! They take pride in their work and strive for excellence!

Clean Machine achieved the BEST results we have ever had with cleaning our carpets. Russ set up corner guards, mats and a door cover with total professional respect for our home. I had four white chairs cleaned and Russ did an outstanding job! The chairs and carpet dried quickly, were not saturated and the results were superb. I had contemplated getting new bedroom carpet (it's white) and Russ made it look like brand new.
I highly recommend Russel and Melody with The Clean Machine.
You've never had these results!

Love every time they come. My old dirty carpet from kids and our dog looks amazing! They also clean my chairs. Always amazes me on how clean they are after. Highly recommend!!!
