We had a major construction project that left our house in a mess with concrete dust everywhere. Jane & Kay spent 3 days cleaning and left the place looking as good as new. Very happy with their work.

Very nice young man who came to clean my upholstery and a small area of carpet that had gotten soiled during a remodeling project. But very unorganized and unprofessional. Twice I had to call him about showing up for an appointment-once to price the job and then also to do the work. Things looked ok while wet but when everything dried, i could see that it still wasn’t clean. Ended up getting some upholstery/carpet cleaner, spraying and scrubbing myself and it’s getting it clean myself. Waste of $100!Would not recommend this business.

We stayed at a resort that J&K clean units. It was clear our bathroom floors had not been cleaned and I vacuumed up food off the floors before we settled in. I’ve heard lots of complaints about cleaning here. Our daughters unit the sheets were not changed. a dirty sock belonging to previous occupants was between flat and fitted sheet when they turned sheets down. I have never posted a negative review anywhere. I was a manager of 106 apt complex. I know how hard it is but this is unacceptable!
