Braden from Lakes PHC performed a furnace inspection, resealed the inducer motor and cleared the condensate line in a timely, professional, couteous manner. Additionally, he addressed all my questions and provided recommendations regarding future maintenance and periodic inspections.

Tyler did a yeoman's job of removing three toilets from our home, replacing one with a new unit. He cleaned up everything nicely. Tyler also addressed a slightly "stuck" bathroom sink drain lever. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks again, Tyler!

We had experienced some trouble with this company in the past after a flood, originally due to them being stretched thin, and then later from some specific employees, including two who claimed our basement 'needed to be cleaned' before they could fix our air conditioning, despite us cleaning it a few weeks prior after the flood. However, another worker later came who claimed he would have no issue and fixed our AC within an hour, as well as giving us advice on what needed attention and giving us his information to call him if we had any more trouble. I wanted to specifically thank Dave Guthrie for getting our AC working again in the middle of summer.

I just had my system, which was "leaking" water looked at by Lakes PHC. Braden H. arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was fast, friendly and gave me some good tips about my MERV choices on the filter (mine were too high) and about periodically (and gently!) cleaning my condenser unit outside. We were very fortunate to have an experienced technician come out and troubleshoot our air conditioner. He was very professional and walked me through the process of finding the problem. He did find a few and was able to correct them right away. I feel confident the system will last thanks to his meticulous care.

Braden assessed both of our issues with a toilet and faucet. He explained what the problem was with the toilet and was able to repair it. He also explained the problem with the faucet and suggested replacing it due to the amount of damage and age of the piece. He answered all of our questions and we are very satisfied with the work he did. We would be happy to have Braden do work in our home again should the need arise.

Late Friday afternoon, I had addressed a frozen pipe issue that also damaged my meter. Once repaired I attempted to reinstall it but could not get one of the fittings to start leaking. Called Lakes PHC. Justin was assigned the call. He obtained a replacement part, installed it, and no more leaks! Very professional and courteous. Knew what he was doing.

What a great company! Dave was extremely professional and timely when sending emails to get things all set up for our new water heater, furnace and A/C. Justin and his coworker (Nickname Sandman. Did not get his real name) were so great to work with while they actually installed our units. They explained everything so I could understand it and never made me feel like any questions I asked were silly. Would definitely recommend!

Called for water heater issue. Tyler came over with another guy. The assessed it in short time, determined needed a new heater. They gave recommendations and indicated "we don't want to leave you without hot water for the weekend!" and I didn't either! They gave me options, came back that afternoon. I was not left without hot water for the weekend. So happy! Tyler called throughout the day and let me know the status when they would be able to come back. Professional and courteous! I can’t say enough good things about Tyler the technician that was at my house… He phoned ahead to let me know he was on his way and he was even early!! He diagnosed the problem talked about getting a part and actually got the part and asked if he could come back same day and put it back in… He’s very polite, friendly, courteous, and did an exceptional job! If there were 6 stars I’d use that rating!
