Building house in Warren County countryside, smooth process from start to finish. BB has done the heated floor system and all the mechanicals, the septic and water system. Importantly, they’ve coordinated with the few other contractors involved so they’re not tripping over each other or undoing previous work. Their recommendations for upgrades- for example, some add-ons for air treatment inside the air handler unit- have been practical and I never would have thought of them myself. Very happy with the work done and look forward to the move-in soon!
