Building house in Warren County countryside, smooth process from start to finish. BB has done the heated floor system and all the mechanicals, the septic and water system. Importantly, they’ve coordinated with the few other contractors involved so they’re not tripping over each other or undoing previous work. Their recommendations for upgrades- for example, some add-ons for air treatment inside the air handler unit- have been practical and I never would have thought of them myself. Very happy with the work done and look forward to the move-in soon!

The Techs at Bedwell are now certified Navien repair specialists. If you have an on demand Navien system I highly recommend these guys for repairs because they have access to info that non-certified technicians don't have. On time, good pricing, good attitude and good work. Thanks Ben.

We had Bedwell replace our hot water heater a few weeks ago and it was a great experience! The price was very fair and the work was done within a day of signing off on the estimate. They used a name brand water heater and not the off brand we had before. They even fixed some of the issues with our vent that was causing the problems with the old one. Their workmanship was good and I haven’t noticed any issues since. They came across as honest and explained everything even if it was not in their best interest to do so. I respect this since after getting several estimates this was not the case with every company we looked at. The value was great and you shouldn’t hesitate to give them a shout. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again on another project in the future and recommend you do the same!

We had ongoing issues with our radiant tube heaters that started last winter, and after having three different companies come out to diagnose the problem, we still didn’t have a solution.

Bedwell Builders showed up exactly when they said they would, thoroughly evaluated the system, and clearly explained what needed to be fixed. They ordered the necessary parts and returned about a week later to complete the repairs.
