Called this business about having some electrical problems with our garage..not only did they not call back the first time, I set up a appointment and told them that my wife would be around all the following week and they set a appointment and then two days in a row we sat here all day and waited for them to show up and both days they never bothered to call until literally 5-15 mins before the closed for the day to say they weren't even in town or weren't coming, but you could have said something midday or scheduled something else and never offered. Completely uncalled for.
